Story revolve around 10 individual males who had dreams of being the top basketballers. However, dreams were just dreams. Nobody thinks that they could succeed, not even the principal, because they were merely the troublemakers in everyone’s eyes. Not only having poor attitudes, their dismal play performance made them look like a fool out on the court. Not to mention, they had poor academic results too. 

Teamwork has never appeared in their dictionary, all they ever wanted, was to shine alone.

Karls Roo JiHyun sets about to change them, in terms of their character, skills as well as academically. She was an 18 years old young girl who had passion for basketball since young. She was devastated when she got the news that turned her life around, when she can no longer pursue her dream. She transferred herself from a high school in Seoul to Richmond high in TongYeong, where she could start afresh without anyone looking down on her due to her injury.

She was roaming around TongYeong where she reached this particular basketball court that brought up many memories of her basketball life. There, she saw a group of boys around her age, fighting in the court during the game. Not with the opponents, but among themselves. She watched them until they had stopped, and when they had all walked away, leaving 1 in the court, she approached him.

She was determined to help this basketball team. If she cannot achieve her dream, she wants to help other achieve their dream.

Roo was accepted by Richmond high with her result, as well as being the team’s coach with her past achievements. Yes, it was ridiculous how a girl, 18 year of age could be a coach, but because Richmond high did not have a proper coach and with her capabilities, she managed to persuade them in accepting her as being the coach.

Roo started off by imposing strict rules and requirements for the basketball team which includes, having good grades as requisites to being allowed to participate. As much as the principal declined to the idea of Roo’s, the school had no reason to out spoke Roo, in the end, they accepted Roo’s idea. Of course, the boys were not satisfied with that decision of the school, none respected Roo’s way of ruling the team, infact because they are of the same age, they didn't think that she is capable of being the coach. One by one, they left the team, leaving only the 10 members. Members that left were the main player of the previous year, as well as it includes the MVP of Richmond high, but Roo were never disheartened by that fact. She was determined to change the fate of Richmond high’s basketball team.
