People look at Heaven and Hell as something quite sinister.  Hell, naturally, is the place of purgatory, where the spirits of those who misbehave are sent in eternal damnation for the sins of their living bodies.  Heaven, obviously, is the place of paradise, where those who are good and righteous are welcomed, where their eternities are blessed with goodness and fulfilment, more so than their living bodies could ever comprehend.  Hell is darkness, fire and brimstone, torture and soul-crushing torment, a form of evil so deliciously pure, only truly lost souls appreciate it and embrace it to its fullest.  Heaven is light, happiness and bliss, freedom and serenity, white clouds and angels with wings that would make even the peacock shameful of his plumage.  Hell is under the tyrannical control of Lucifer, Hades, Satan, Beelzebub, the father of contention; The Devil.  Heaven is held by the righteous leader of Adonai, Yahweh, Jehovah, Allah, the Lord; God.

What if I told you that this was nothing more than fear mongering?  A falsehood, preached to us by our religious leaders, those we look to for sense and meaning of life, solely in order to keep us in line and to control us for their very beliefs.  Beliefs that have been warped in the name of greed, of control, of deceit.  What if I told you that, no matter what you did in your life today, every single one of us would go to Heaven and walk through the "Pearly Gates" and live as angels?  But that our lives as angels were not as depicted in the paintings on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.  We would not revert to the form of cherubs, sprouting wings from our shoulder blades.  We would not be holy beings, walking around, blessing each other, hearing the prayers of those we left behind.  What if I told you that there was no such thing as Hell?  No such thing as purgatory, no fire and brimstone, no caged souls.  That the eternal damnation preached to us in sermons was about as real as the events on the Jersey Shore or the Real Housewives of Orange County.  Or that there was no God.  No Allah.  No ultimate, omni-present, all-knowing, ethereal being that listens to his subjects on Earth as they pray, was the creator of the Universe as we know it, and the cause of the disasters recounted in the many different books that teach the tenants of your relevant religions.

What if I told you that nobody was ever turned away at the Gates for their actions in life, no matter how horrific or callous they were, but could be banished from Heaven for their actions in the Afterlife, and only if their actions could bring the absolute and permanent destruction of Heaven?  And those spirits that were banished were left to roam the Afterworld that coexists with our own.  Removed from their position of grace, dismissed and forgotten, forsaken and alone.

What if I told you that angels walk with us every day?  That souls come to Earth and walk among us, sit with us, listen to us and watch us, mostly unseen by our mortal eyes, but felt by our soul.  But, even though we could feel them, we could not touch them.

What if I told you that those that are banished from the place we know as Heaven are often found by a force more sinister than The Devil?  And that the angels that walked with us were there to save us from this very force?

What if I told you that it was also possible for an angel to fall from Heaven?  To willingly jump, to sacrifice themselves and their eternity in the name of something more powerful than every God created by mankind, with only one way to save them, because failure to save them presented them with eternity with the banished.

What if I told you that the only person who could save an angel from the fate of the indescribable force was you?  That is ...
