It has been two years and a half since Chaerin decided to go with her parents. Two years since she left him. It was never easy, with her knowing that her child will grow without his father. The first period was pure torture for her, she had to deal with frequent headaches and vomitting. It was gross, according to Chaerin because she wasn't fond of germs. But nothing was compared when she's delivering her child. She labored for nine hours, before her baby decided to come out of her womb. The child whom was named Hani. Lee Hani, the child of the one and only heiress of the Lee Group of Companies. The child that Lee Chaerin will raise alone for the rest of her bitter-sweet life.

At first, her parents were shocked when she said she was pregnant. She went missing for three years and when there is time to make things right, she'll pop the bubble saying she got the bun in the oven. But when her father asked who's the father, she did not answer. She said some lame excuse, "The father of this child is the greatest man but unfortunately, my baby won't have the chance to see him, ever." That is what she said to her father when he asked. He asked her if the baby's father is dead but she just shrugged.

'I'm the one who died when I realized that it was impossible for him to throw everything away for someone like me.' She thought. But what if he'll know what her status in the society is? Will he love her more than he loves her before? No, that was the answer. Because even though he said he loves her, he can't imagine his life without his fiance. Moreover, to think that she was a low-life made it worse.

Chuckling with her own answer. Chaerin decided to focus on what's more important: runnung their business. Because she was born smart and witty, Chaerin did not have any difficulty during the process. All she needs to do is wait for her father to retire, and she's happy that it might take years. Hani will be a grown-up when it's her time to take-over everything.

It was normal for Chaerin to attend different events that her father's arranging. But this one is different, she's allowed to bring little Hani and she was asked to sing in-front of her father's business partners. It was not really a performance, she will just sing a Happy Birthday Song for the company's Vice-President. The new Vice-President.

He's going to be the new ine because his father will retire. It was a surprise so she hasn't seen him, yet. They said that he's a very eligible bachelor. Which is nice for his age, he's below 30 and she heard from her father that he's very good-looking.

Chaerin decided to wear a simple red gown that flows freely and that hugs her curves while Hani's wearing a gold and black gown that looks very cute on her.

"Omma, you will sing right?" Asked her daughter in a sloppy manner. "Uhm," Chaerin nodded. "Will Hani watch omma?" Chaerin asked back. "I will not watch, I will cheer and tell everyone that my Omma is the beautiful singer." Hani giggled. Chaerin chuckled before they both enter the party.

The party's well and both Hani and Chaerin are enjoying the program. Chit-chatting and giving comments to each of the speakers and performers. Her father called her attention. "It's time, baby." He said as Chaerin nodded. "Hani, wait for omma to finish. Stay here, okay?" She told Hani. "Omma fighting!" Hani cheered for her mother as she stepped on the stage.

Chaerin grabbed her mic and when she was about to sing, the lights went off, leaving her to her place. A five-layer cake entered the scene and a spotlight was given to her and the celebrant. She was given the cue to start.

"Happ…" Chaerin was about to start but she saw who's birthday she's attending to. She looked around and saw all the people waiting. In a slow manner, she started singing "Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you. Happy birthday Kw—Vice President, happy birthday to you. For all the things you've done, the prizes that you won, we thank you. Everybody." Chaerin asked the crowd to sing since she felt that she cannot continue it any longer. Her breath starts to fasten as well as her heartbeat. Her knees are giving in and her while body's tensed.

"Make a wish!" Everybody shouted at Kwon Jiyong, Lee Group of Companies' new Vice-President. Jiyong was handed a mic and he started thanking everybody.

"….and for my wish." His voice seemed to trail off at his every word. "I wish to find love." He said as he stared at the woman standing at the stage, her eyes not leaving his.
