The start of new year expectations:

Opens up a new journal. Writes down new workout routine to try out for a month. 

Adds a yoga schedule to follow for a month too. Buys bunch of groceries. Make a promise to herself to order food only once or twice a month.

Cleans up the entire apartment, so that she'll start with clear mind.

Reality: Does all above. 

Gets hit by common cold and period.
