Eli was staring at the clock on his cellphone as he stood up in the balcony of his apartment. It was five to midnight. “Five minutes more...” he murmured and he started to count the time. Four minutes... two minutes... twenty seconds... three... two... one....

Eli’s cellphone was vibrating twice in his hand, signing there were two new messages. He eagerly tap on its screen to read and find out whose message they were.

Eli could not stop smiling after reading all the messages from his band-mates. He felt so touched at the moment because they still remembered his birthday. Then he replied their messages one by one. After that, he yawned and decided to go to sleep. When he was on the bed, ready to sleep, he had just realized something was missing. He took his cellphone again and checked his inbox. He was right. There was no message from that person. Eli put his cellphone back onto the table near the bed then he was silent for a moment while thinking why that person did not send a birthday message for him. It’s weird! He thought. Does he forget my birthday?
