Forever is a long way to go

Hello everyone!
I am back with another chaptered story! YAY~ *applauses diligently**bows head* Well, after writing and writing and coming up with story after story but never posting anything, I am finally doing it. I've been posting some EXO drabbles (go check those out if you're interested) during the time but I've been avoiding to start a real, individual chaptered story for very long now. Mostly because I don't like to say the "I'm sorry I haven't updated and I'm so sorry I left you hanging or I'm sorry I left this story all together" and I still don't like it, I feel like I'm letting people down, but I also think that it shouldn't stop you from writing and share what you want, right? So here I am, writing.
You know how authors always say they would appreciate it if you commented? Well, I'm saying it again. Please, I'm practically begging you, please just leave a comment before you go. It's what brings motivation to the writer, it's what makes us go on and keep doing what we do because someone out there is expecting what happens next in the story we write. It's true, believe me.
Enough of this ranting and please enjoy the story of Junhyung and Doojoon, my two all time favourite members of BEAST and the most tender and sweet yet dorky pairing you can ever come by.

Foreword
When Doojoon first meets Junhyung he knows he's perfect, stunning even, and the strong relationship they build very soon proves difficult to tear apart. But every high has it's downfall and the question is, what will be their fate?

Junhyung laughed, a beautiful laugh and Doojoon tried to look indifferent as he tuned in on the sound, listening carefully as he wondered if the whole package of perfection in front of him really was possible.
“Yeah, I advice you to not buy the ice cream.” Doojoon joked, grinning at Dongwoon’s face and at the fact that it was probably the happiest day since summer vacations had started. He felt like the wind was truly blowing in his favor for once.
“I can see why.” Junhyung smiled, walking away for a brief moment to grab a couple of tissues from the ahjumma in the ice cream stand. He used them to clean of the stickiness on both Dongwoon’s face and Hyunseung’s, well, everything. Although, it never truly disappeared and Junhyung ended up with a small stain on his own white tank top.
Doojoon who had been watching the scene, chuckled at the childishness, mildly surprised that he for once wasn’t in it. Usually, he was the one who had crazy ideas and tried to be funny and always managed to be involved in every situation but today he felt like just watching, absorbing every movement of his newfound admiration.
Maybe this was the mark of a new beginning. It truly felt like it in that moment of happiness, like he had found the one thing that would turn his life in the direction of the better. Junhyung, an angel sent from above.
But he wasn’t gay. Right?
