The white rabbit is sent to the real world by the Queen of Hearts to find Alice so she can make amends. But when the rabbit learns that Alice is dead and he had found a look-a-like descendent, Elizabeth, he has no choice but to take the girl in Alice's stead unless he wants his head seperated from his body. Upon arriving in Wonderland, Elizabeth learns that Wonderland is not what it seems like in the story handed down through her family's generations. Instead she finds herslef thrown into a world of crime and danger. Most of Wonderland is out to get her, mistaking her for her ancestor. Thankfully she has a few allies to help her along the way; friends of the original Alice. Will Alice be able to meet the Queen of Hearts and finally make amends, or will she be assassinated before she can set foot in the castle?
