My Copenhagen Diet Experience!

My experiences during the thirteen day course of the Copenhagen diet. 

Foreword

Hey guys! So not really a story but I decided that this is probably the best way to keep myself motivated on my journey to achieve a healthy happy state of mind. Tomorrow marks the start of my journey through the 13-day Copenhagen diet, as done previously by Nicole (a former member of KARA -- and my current thinspiration). In case anyone else was wanting to do this diet and was unsure of how it goes, the results etc, I will post stats through the entire course of the thirteen days, including meal plans and my measurements (since I don't have any scales ATM ;; ). I hope I can inspire you guys (maybe) and if you want to join me, I look forward to it!

-- the diet is very low calorie - around 600kcal per day. My current intake is 1200 per day so this is a fine cutdown for me personally, but I would do some background research before starting this diet, and check with your doctor if you're worried. I'm happy to answer questions, but I'm no expert -- just a high schooler who wants to look good for prom!
