Hyoyeon's POV:- t's been a week since I stopped going to school. I know it would affect my grades but I just needed some rest. I also didn't received anybody's call. My mother kept calling me since that night but I wasn't ready to pick up and answer her tons of questions which will also include Baekhyun. I just worked late night shift at the nearby cafe where I worked part-time after school. I haven't been attending it for a few days and I can't loose this job. Also, I haven't saw Kim Jong-In since that day. The guilt of slapping him in school took my sleep away and as being a coward myself, I didn't apologize to him yet. It was one such night when I was working. The manager had told me to clean up and close the cafe within 10pm and handed me the key as he needed to go home early. There weren't many customers and by 9:30pm the whole cafe was empty. I thought of closing the cafe earlier after cleaning the tables when I heard the door opened. ''A customer at this hour, I should have hung the closed sign outside'' I said to myself. But the customer was none other than Kim Jong-In. He looked at me and casually took the seat at the far end of the cafe. I didn't know how should I face him after that incident. I took the notepad and a pen and went to take his order. ''what do you wanna order?'' I asked trying to be calm. He looked at the menu for quite sometime and then kept it at its usual place. ''Just a black coffee would do, without sugar'' he spoke without looking at me. ''Anything else?'' I asked while writing down his order. ''No'' he replied. After giving him his orders and watched him quietly while cleaning the tables. I never saw him so quite and gloomy before. He was always so energetic and cheerful, also irritating people was one of his hobbies. After he was done, he stood up, kept the money on the counter and left. ''Keep the change'' he said before leaving. His cold attitude made me feel even more guilty than I was already feeling. The way he was acting was completely my fault. And I think I deserve to be treated the way Yoona and everyone treats me. I don't even have enough courage to apologize to him.                                                                    ********** The next day, I ranged the doorbell of Kim Jong-In's apartment door which was just beside mine. I finally thought of apologizing. If he behaves rudely then I deserve it. I waited for an reply but no answer came. Did he already leave for school? But the door was locked from inside. I ranged the bell again, then again but still no reply. I wasn't gonna turn back now, I have to say sorry to him today. I was about to ring the doorbell again when the door opened half revealing a half-asleep Kim Jong-In and also shirtless. I stared at his toned abs for sometime like an idiot then
