Description
Oh Serena comes home to Korea after studying in America for five years. Her father puts her into the most prestigeous all-girl school in the country in hopes of redeeming her after her stunts in America. There, she realises just how hard it is to get kicked out of a boarding school...and how hard it is to escape a kingka from the neighbouring all-boys school.

CHARACTERS
Oh Serena (Korean name: Oh Su Jin)
- Used to be outgoing, bubbly and obedient (because she thought her father wanted what was best for her) but now she is cold, rebellious and uncaring about what anyone thinks of her. Her best friend before she moved to America was Park Jinyoung but she lost touch with him after he was sent to boarding school.
Oh Sehun
- Serena’s older brother. He is the first and only son of Mr Oh, the CEO and chairman of the Ganghan Group. Has always hated his father but the feelings intensified after the incident. He is, however, the most laid-back and nonchalant guy you’ll meet unless you provoke him — and even then, he’ll probably just ignore you. The best way under his skin is bringing up his family. His best friend is his teammate and Chinese transfer student, Lu Han and he is also very close with Kris Wu and Kim Minseok.
Im Jaehwa
- The true ice princess of Cheonsa “Angel” High School. She’s been there since she was 16 but she’s never made more than a few acquaintances. Most girls hate her because she’s prettier than them and also smarter. Others hate her because of her self-righteous attitude. Her brother, Im Jaebum, is also a student at Angel Academy's twin school MEGA High. The two of them are heirs to their father’s consultancy company; the Him Group.
Park Jinyoung
- He is the son of the CEO of a huge banking company. Before Serena moved away, the two of them were inseparable. His parents consulted her parents about arranging a marriage between the two youngsters in the future but Mrs Oh refused, insisting that her daughter be allowed to marry someone she really loved. He is flirtatious and bubbly. There are two types of people that dislike Park Jinyoung; puppy-haters and people who bite into their kit-kats instead of snapping them.
Song Minho
- The son of Song Minhyuk; founder and CEO of a top Korean music corporation called SingSong Records.
- The cheesiest, most sarcastic male that attends MEGA “mulbul-eul galiji anhneun” (means daredevil) High School. He’s popular for his good looks and charms but getting on his bad side is the worst mistake one could make. When he sets his mind on something, nothing will stop him from getting it. He is flashy with his money and very competitive which suits his role in the football team as the centre forward.

Present Day
I rolled onto the premise of the school and passed the tall, metal black gates. They looked as if though they could stop an entire herd of elephants, accompanied by a crash of rhinoceroses. My father had insisted I allow his personal driver to take me but I refused.
I would never again listen to anything that man said. He was a liar and a conniving piece of . A pathetic excuse of a father and husband. Since I was on a mission to disregard — no, rebel against — everything he said, I decided I’d drive myself to my new school.
In my expensive, flashy new convertible which I’d manipulated him into buying. I wasn’t ashamed nor did I feel bad. In fact, I revelled in the fact that I was driving a car that cost more than most people’s homes. Why? Because it was just another way I could be a nuisance to my father. Fuel wasn’t cheap and neither was insurance — having a car ensured my father would have to keep whopping out the cash to compensate for his wrongdoing.
Not that money was going to get him out of the hole he dug himself. I was not forgiving him that easily — or ever.
I parked in the driveway of the prestigious school and looked up at the bright, cloudless sky. How I wished it was raining for it to match my mood. I sighed and got out of my car, immediately fixing my dyed, light auburn hair. I looked in my side mirror and checked my outfit, mixing the jean jacket I had tied around my hips. I pulled my bag over my shoulders and grinned at my reflection.
I was going to make my father regret sending me to the most prestigious boarding school in all of Korea. I was going to make him regret ever lying to me. I’d been kicked out of many schools over the last six months. This was probably the last straw. I was going to make him regret ever having a daughter like me.
The day he sent me away was the day he made his first strike against me.

[CONTENTID3] Hi, guys! Annie, here! So...this is my...4th fic? I don't know. This time, I'm collaborating with my sister to write it. We thought of the idea together on New Year's Eve because we were in Spain, away from our friends and bored as hell xD The boarding school idea was inspired by the movie "Wild Child" (check it out!) and we just wanted to write a high school fic in general.
