Description
Kim MiYoung knows she can never marry the man she loves, so she dreams of traveling halfway across the world--if only to escape the family she hates. But her step-mother has other things in mind, like marrying her pretty step-daughter off to the richest man she can find so she can benefit from the money and connections.
So she offers a deal: MiYoung can go to Spain but only after she’s secured and rejected three marriage proposals.
On a visit to Jeju Island, MiYoung enlists the help of her childhood friend Yoon ShiYoon to help meet her step-mother’s requirement. But when it comes to love, bargains are meaningless and plans changeable.
Will the proposal she’s determined to reject turn out to be the thing that sets Kim MiYoung’s restless heart free?
Foreword
We all know how romances end: girl and guy wind up together and ride into the sunset to live happily ever after. So if you know the end why even read the story? I’ll tell you why.
It’s not about the fact that they come together; it’s about HOW they come together. The battles they fight, the laughs they share, the obstacles they overcome. To use a cliche, it’s not about the destination but the journey, the unique journey this couple is about the embark on which leads them from halves to whole.
