Hongzheng is just an average everyday were-dragon with a small number friends and works as a stunt coordinator with a popular TV show after he graduated from a university in the States.

Everything was going fine until he suddenly lost his job because his show got canceled. He got paid a lot, and the sudden lack of income means he can no longer live in the huge (like, really huge) condo that he rented.

His friends from college recommends him a place with other Taiwanese boys who lives in the suburban area, where the rent was only $1,500 every month, including all the fees (yes, wifi as well). Not only will he have to share a house of two stories (and a basement) with six other boys, he will also have to work as a grocery store cashier to pay rent and feed himself five meals a day. Oh, and keep his were-dragon identity a secret.

One of the tenants, shares a room with Hongzheng, is often bullied, gets fat easily, is easygoing, currently trying to become a singer, actively seeking out for singing competition opportunities, single but refuses to mingle (singing comes first), part-time babysitter.

One of the tenants, shares a room with Teddy, smiles a lot (usually for no reason), part-time Chinese restaurant waitor, part-time model, likes to eat (does not get fat easily), hates insects and reptils with the passion of a thousand suns.

One of the tenants, has his own room, born in Canada, moved to the States with family, is the son of the landlord, currently studying in a school nearby, people often forgets about his existence but is generally a sweet boy and confused by some aspects of Taiwanese culture.

One of the tenants, shares a room with Zihong, is generally loud and the joker, currently studies Performing Arts at school, is a famous Youtuber, often perceived by others as vain, the one that teases Weijin the most.

One of the tenants, shares a room with Mingjie, knew Mingjie before getting a scholarship to the States, the second person he's closest to is Evan, does not talk much, has a weird sense of humor, often shows up in Mingjie's Best-Friends tags.
