This story starts with Onew, a chicken lover. He loves all kinds of chicken. Fried chicken, grilled chicken, steamed chicken, you name any kind of chicken, he loves it. He simply cannot go on for one day without thinking of chicken for just one minute! Fine, he's not like a total chicken maniac, but he just loves chicken!

One day, he meets Ji Eun Mi, his high school crush and friend. Ji Eun Mi is a popular girl and the queenka of the university he studies in. But don't get a bad impression of her. She is unlike other queenkas. She's, of course, smart and talented and rich and beautiful and popular, but she's kind, sweet and caring towards others, even the ugliest nerd or the weirdest person on Earth.

What Onew doesn't know is that Ji Eun Mi secretly had feelings for him in high school. He was not like the other boys who approached her in high school. Other boys tried to woo her with gifts and their six-packs and their good looks, but Onew approached her as a friend.
