Foreword

Ok everyone. Let me explain.

This will no longer be a BTS Fic.

Its been a while since I last posted here on AFF. I like to write multiple chapters of a story before posting it so I can edit it and post it whenever I finally get the chance. But... lets just say I had written a couple chapters of this story and a couple other stories of mine (including "Bad Case of The Baekhyun Muchies), and the computer I had written them on completely CRASHED. Never to be used again. I lost everything on it.

With my lost computer, I lost the will to rewrite everything. Can't you understad? It .

But now, about six years later, I've finally found myslef rewriting this story. What made me want to do it you ask? welp. I fell in love with Stray Kids and ended up writing this story with Stray Kids as the characters.

Sorry for those who were expecting a BTS fic. Turely sorry.

Now, I'm not completely sure when I'll be posting each chapter, becuase I'm an extremely busy-bee. But I just want you to know I'm working on it!

Thanks, and enjoy!

Prologue

The fluid sensation of water was the first thing that touched his senses as his body began to function. His heart slowly started pumping in his chest, causing the cocoon of liquid surrounding him to pulsate steadily. As consciousness gradually filled his being the boy’s eyes shot open, revealing his glowing blue irises that converted to a dusky brown pigment. The first thing he processed was the color white. A harsh, almost blinding color white that stung at his newly opened eyes and caused him to squint. He gasped for air, but water was the only thing that entered his mouth and intruded down his throat with ease. His body instantly went into panic mode and he sprung up, grabbing hold of the edges of what felt like some kind of container. As he surfaced, he sprawled across the side of a plain white pod that was labeled “Generation 325” in bold black letters, and heaved and spat up the water that was obstructing his airways.

His lips began to tremble from the discomfort of choking and his chest felt tight with fear. Shakily, he sat up in the watery pod and craned his head left and right to assess his surroundings. He was in a small white room that’s walls seemed to go on for miles. But he could tell it was only a trick of color. How he knew that? He didn’t exactly know. The thought just randomly developed in his mind.

“Please Exit Your Pod.” Came a feminine, computer-like voice that made the boy jump. He searched for the voice’s owner, but there was nothing and nobody but the white, emptiness of the room. His brain slowly began to process the given instructions and carefully and cautiously he lifted himself from the pod, letting water splash and drip off of him. Water began collecting at his feet in a small puddle on the shiny, white floor and he hugged his arms around his frame for warmth. His body was bare, showing off his pale and goose-bump riddled skin.

“Thank you.” The robotic voice spoke again making his eyes wander around warily. Suddenly a loud burst of air followed by the sound of shifting gears rang out from behind him and he turned to see the wall directly behind the pod slide open the same length of the container. In its place was what appeared to be a void of blackness. With another burst of air and the turning of gears, the pod retreated into the opening. Directly after it disappeared, the wall slid back into place, returning the room to its normal shade of limitless white.

“Greetings Newborn. My name is Cary and I am here to guide you into your knew life.” The voice informed him, and miraculously the hologram of a tall, pretty, white woman with golden blonde hair materialized before him. He timidly stepped back due to her sudden appearance, but she stood smiling at him with her pearly white teeth. Her hair was done up in a flawless bun that sat pristinely on top of her head, and she wore a crisp white suit that fit her slender figure perfectly.

“N-newborn?” The boy repeated, his mouth tingling from his first word.

Cary nodded, her cherry red lips pursing together. “Yes. You have been born into our 325th Generation.” She told him, and the bold printed letters on the side of the pod quickly flooded his memory. “It seems that your body and mind have developed suitably.” She said while scanning her eyes over him, viewing every aspect of his body with her specially modified optics. “Over the next period of time you will be tested, trained, and evaluated. I assure you that you will quickly become accustomed to your new life.” She went on, smiling her pearly white smile once again. “We will be expecting only the best from you here.”

“Here?” The boy hastily interrupted but recoiled wondering how exactly that word had managed to slip from his mouth.

Cary tilted her head to the side, her expression not changing in the slightest bit. “Here is your home.” She answered, “Here is where you and the rest of generation 325 will be living.”

“Here, is Timezone.”
