In the midst of change
Description
Sungjae is a the hardworking student of a single mother, who has not had it easy in life. Peniel is the 23 year old leaving home for the first time to live far away from his supportive family. When these two near-opposite peronalities meet, sparks fly. Are the sparks of repulsion, or of love?
Foreword
PENIEL
Peniel sighed. It was tough, seeing that all of his life of 23 years fit into a few suitcases and cardboard boxes. It was… Weird. His mom came into his room
“You ready honey?”, she asked while surveying his room and picking up a few small boxes. “I’ll take these downstairs, you take your time hon”
She left him to his thoughts. He looked around his walls. They hadn’t changed since he was 16 years old. Bands that he had liked then, several sports team posters. All in all, it was a child’s room- and it wasn’t his anymore. He picked up the two suitcases and went downstairs. Loading them into the car, he took one last look at his house. Even when he was attending college, this had been his home. He’d been laughed at for openly admitting he didn’t want to leave home, but he didn’t care. What mattered to him was being happy and being at home, he was. He didn’t like change and moving halfway across the country was a BIG one. He sighed. Might as well get on with it.
Like ripping off a bandaid, he told himself as he waved at his mom and got into his car. This was going to be a long ride.
SUNGJAE
“Yook Sungjae”. Something hard hit his cheek, and he looked up. “So you’re alive after all”. His professor was glaring at him. Sungjae blushed profusely. He had been lost in his daydreams before he had been so rudely awakened by a chalk-stick to his face. “I’m sorry”, whispered Sungjae. The lesson continued and he tried his best to concentrate. This was no good. He needed to become a doctor, and for that to happen, he needed to study. He sighed. He just wanted to sleep.

so i know this isn't an update of my old gtop fic, but I'll try and update that one soon. I know it's been ages and trust me, I feel REALLY bad, but I'm in my final year of school and the workload is absolutely massive. Anyways I'll try and be more active on here.
