“You aren’t the only person I’ve ever loved.” Taemin whispered, ashamed with his body count, he could see the hurt concealed in Minho’s eyes. “I’m over 700 years old, there have been others.” The vampire confessed, turning his gaze away.

"Did you honestly believe you were the only one?"

Minho remained silent. “How many?” He asked, voice shaken.
The numbers flickered in his head like a timer. Human lovers? Vampire lovers? Taemin could have been with some of these past lovers for years, centuries before he moved on with the snap of a finger. Minho was just another number. 

Taemin’s brows furrowed.

“How many more?” Minho pushed with his question.

“Too many to count." Taemin paused, facing the athlete again. "Why does it matter? You're mine now."  Taemin whispers.
