“So… where do we start?”

A quiet pause filled the room as they all exchanged blank expressions.

“Maybe we should just wait until Mihyun comes?” Chanyeol suggested at he scratched the back of his head. “I’m sure she has some good ideas for us.”

Baekhyun shook his head and threw his fist up in the air to motivate their spirits, “We can’t rely on Mihyun to come up with everything; we have to be able to take charge for once!”

“Okay, then what do you have in mind, Baekhyun?” Jongin asked with a raised eyebrow and crossed arms.

Baekhyun’s smile slid off of his face and his arm fell back to his side as he slumped forward. “Nothing.”

The scratching of Luhan’s stick sounded as he carved something into the dirt. The 5 other heads bent over eagerly to see what suggestions the eldest had to offer.

We .

“You didn’t need to tell us that,” Baekhyun muttered as he kicked dust over Luhan’s carving.

“What do you think Kyungsoo? You’ve been awfully quiet lately,” Baekhyun asked the other with a concerned expression.

Kyungsoo nearly jumped out of his skin at the sudden acknowledgement, and his eyes darted around the room nervously as he cowered under their gazes. “I-I-I do-do-don-don’t-n’t kn-kno-know any-thin-ing.”

Jongin sighed quietly as he wrapped his arm around the boy’s shoulders to pull him tightly to his chest. “It’s fine, Kyungsoo, you can say whatever you think.”

“Why has your stuttering gotten so much worse?” Chanyeol asked with furrowed eyebrows. “The work you had done with Mihyun improved it a lot, but now it sounds even worse than when you first started.”

Kyungsoo’s eyes widened at the words, and he looked as if he was going to cry. Before Chanyeol could take back his insensitive statement, Kyungsoo jolted up to his feet, startling everybody in the room. “I-I-I’m-I’m so-so-s-so sor-sorr-ry I-I-‘m d-du-dumb-umb!” he exclaimed with his eyes squeezed shut before he sprinted out of the room.

“Soo!” Jongin exclaimed as he climbed to his feet. He sent the others an apologetic expression before he ran after the other. “Kyungsoo Hyung, come back!”

“I didn’t mean to,” Chanyeol murmured guiltily as he stared at Kyungsoo’s empty spot.

“It’s not your fault Hyung,” Sehun reassured the other with a sigh. “Kyungsoo Hyung has been breaking apart ever since that bastard told him such awful words.”

“He really believes that he’s stupid,” Baekhyun whispered in a heartbroken tone as he bunched his knees to his chest. “I just… god, the things Jaemin said yesterday… I want to skin that man alive.”

“You’re not the only one Baek,” Chanyeol sighed as he placed a hand on the other’s shoulders.

“Excuse me?” a foreign yet slightly familiar voice interrupted the thoughts of the boys, and all four heads snapped up to look at the intruder.

“Jae… Jaesuk Hyung?” Chanyeol asked as he recalled the name of Mihyun’s driver. “What are you doing here? Is Mihyun with you?”

“Unfortunately I’ve come aloe because I wanted to speak to you all in private. Han Agashi will be coming at a later time, however,” Jaesuk answered as he glanced around the room. “Where are the other two? I was hoping to catch you all at the same time.”

“We’re right here,” Jongin called out as he came back into the room with a shivering Kyungsoo at his side. “We’re here, and we’re fine. Right, Hyung?”

“Y-Y-Yea-Yeah,” Kyungsoo nodded in an unconvincing tone.

“Well now that you’re all gathered together, I can now continue on. I came here today because there are two things I wanted to speak to you all about, the first of which is the fact that I wanted to express my uttermost gratitude to you all.”

The eyes of the Noyes widened in surprise as they watched Jaesuk bow down at a 90 degree angle.

“W-What are you doing?” Baekhyun asked, his eyes wide with bewilderment.

“Like I said,” Jaesuk rose to his full height once again and gave them a small, sincere smile, “I wanted to thank you all.”

“Yeah we heard you the first time, but what for?” Jongin asked with furrowed eyebrows of confusion. “We haven’t done anything for you.”

“Not for me, but for Han Agashi. I’ve known Han Agashi since she was 6 years old,” Jaesuk responded, rather than answering Jongin’s question directly. “And if it wasn’t for that 6 year old girl… I would have ended up where you all are today.”

“You mean…?” Chanyeol asked, his eyes widening with astonishment once he processed the other’s words.

“My family sold me off to be a Noye,” Jaesuk nodded with downcast eyes. “I was 18 years old then, and I ran away the minute, no, the second I found out.”

“But—”

“Yes, I know you are supposed to get killed once you are captured,” Jaesuk answered Baekhyun, already knowing what the other was going to interject with. “I knew that, but I ran anyways. I remember the day like it was just yesterday, and although many would classify the day they are sold as the worst day of their life, I have to disagree. It was the best day for me, for it was the day I met Han Agashi.”

“Don’t worry,” Jaesuk chuckled lightly when he saw Sehun turn rigid at his words. “I care for the Agashi as if she was my own sister, my own daughter. Never have I bore any romantic interests in her, and never will I ever.”

“Don’t be such a prude, Sehun, nobody’s going to steal your girl,” Baekhyun rolled his eyes as he smacked Sehun on the back of his head. “Go ahead and continue, Hyung.”

“It had been raining that day, and I remember running madly through the roads drenching wet. I had been running a fever that day as well, and I could hardly see the path I was going. At some point I became too exhausted to continue any further, and simply gave up. I sat there for a long time, dancing on the brink of consciousness and unconsciousness, and it was then that I met Han Agashi. I remember the first words she told me,” Jaesuk chuckled with nostalgia. “She told me I was beautiful.”

Sehun glanced up at those words, recalling the line Mihyun had told him the first time they had met.

“Could you believe it? At only six years old,” Jaesuk laughed. “Long story short, she took me to her father and he offered me a job, and here I am. The point of this is the fact that I’ve stayed by Han Agashi’s side nearly all her life, and I’ve seen her grow up. I know her qualities better than she knows them herself, and although many view her as a practically perfect character, I know all of her flaws. Han Agashi isn’t the type to have small, noticeable flaws. She doesn’t have nasty habits, or imperfections that you can spot right away. Hers are rather… vague, vague, but large and impactful.”

“This, brings me to the second reason as to why I came here today. I wanted to warn all of you,” Jaesuk stared into the eyes of each of the Noyes, making sure they were fully engaged with his words before he continued on. “Han Agashi holds herself at a certain level, and her attitude towards certain people might be classified as prejudice to some point. If at first impression she doesn’t label you as what she likes to call beautiful, then you will never find a significant position in her eyes ever again. It’s like she holds an optimistic and pessimistic view of the world all at the same time, her viewpoint inflicts both maturity and immaturity simultaneously. She believes that if you are beautiful, then everything you do and ever do will continue to be beautiful. You could murder a person and she would still attempt to find some sort of justification because you have been labeled as beautiful. And if you haven’t, then everything you do and ever do will be held at a lower level. This… this is mindset of hers is Han Agashi’s biggest imperfection, her largest blemish.”

“I don’t blame her for thinking in such way, nor do I hold anything against her for having such a prejudice, but it is this mindset that casted her on a path to loneliness due to the fact that many people don’t meet her unknown standards of beauty. No matter what she thinks of others, no matter how she acts towards others, I will always respect Han Agashi and continue to be by her side. I, after all, was one to be on the fortunate side of being classified as beautiful,” Jaesuk stated ruefully.

He strengthened the intensity of his gaze, and stared at each of the Noye’s with hard, cold eyes. “I am telling you all this because I need to know where all of you stand as well. In Han Agashi’s eyes, you have all been labeled as beautiful and no matter what you do or say, Han Agashi will always try to find excuses for you. If any of you plan to take advantage of that, I won’t let you live another day. This, this is my warning to you all.”

A blanket of silence captured all whom were in the room as they digested the words Jaesuk had just exposed to them.

Jongin wondered how it felt to possess such a mindset, to be able to force yourself to see the good in a person no matter what they were to do. He wondered if he would want such a trait – if it was a blessing or a curse.

Chanyeol was curious as to what exactly played as the main factor of beauty in Mihyun’s eyes. He and all the other Noyes shared incredibly different qualities, from their looks to their personalities. The only thing they all shared in common was their title, so what was it that made Mihyun decide the qualities of beauty?

Sehun, he was scared. He was scared that one day he would disrupt that mindset of Mihyun’s. He was afraid that one day, he might do something so horrible, so painful to the girl that she might just strip him of his title – that one day he might no longer be beautiful in Mihyun’s eyes any longer.

“And the thanks?” Baekhyun asked meekly, breaking the silence that had lasted for so long.

Jaesuk trained his hard glare onto the boy who quickly cowered away. The corners of his eyes lifted and he let out a soft chuckle, “I wanted to thank you guys for allowing Mihyun to abandon her road of solitude. Like I had stated earlier, her rather unique mindset almost automatically placed her in a lonely position, for not many are honored enough to be seen as beautiful. It is because Mihyun has acknowledged you all as pure hearted that she is capable of exchanging her words and sharing her laughter with you all.”

Jaesuk climbed to his feet and gave the Noyes one last bow, “Those are my final words, so I will now be taking my leave. Han Agashi should be joining you in an hour or so, so I hope you all will spend this time to mull over the words I have left with you. Burn my warning into your minds, because if any of you are to step out of line, I will be the first to end your life. Goodbye.”

Chanyeol swallowed hard as he watched the man disappear from the cages, “He scares me.”

The others nodded in agreement as they recalled the intense glare he had gazed at them all with.

“He has a good heart, though,” Baekhyun sighed as he leaned his head against Chanyeol’s shoulder. “He must care for Mihyun a lot.”

Sehun chuckled at his hyung’s statement, “Anybody who meets her ends up caring for her a lot.”

The others couldn’t help but mentally nod their heads in agreement.

Kyungsoo bit down hard on his bottom lip as he stared at the framed group portrait in his hands. The other Noyes had been called in momentarily to help load boxes from the trucks, and Kyungsoo was left alone in the cage to be swallowed up in his thoughts.

The harsh words Jaemin had told him the day before flashed through his mind, and he winced at the bitter pain that coursed through his veins. He didn’t have a right to be angry with them, however, because they were true.

He was stupid. He knew that. He knew that he was one of the most stupid people to ever exist in the world, and he knew that his existence was a mistake. That’s why his parents decided to sell him, after all. Out of all of his brothers and sisters he was the one that was chosen to be sold as a Noye. He was the most useless one, the one who his family jumped at the chance to get rid of. He was the one who was stuck in that damned Noye house for nearly 13 years. 13 years - he must have broken a record.

After all, who would want a stupid, stammering Noye like him?

No one.

“Kyungsoo? Where are the others?” Mihyun asked as she walked into the empty cage to see Kyungsoo standing alone in the middle.

The boy nearly jumped out of his skin at the sudden voice, and the object that had been in his hands dropped to the floor. Mihyun recognized the now shattered glass pieces as the frame that held the group picture they took a while back.

“Oh, it broke. Never mind that, I can always get a new frame. Are you injur—?” Mihyun asked as she glanced up at the boy. She was taken aback to see tears rapidly springing to the boy’s eyes before they rolled down his cheeks to drip off his chin. “Kyungsoo? Why are you…?”

“I-I-I’m so-sor-rry! I-I-I’m so-so st-stup-tupid-pid a-and-and use-usele-less. I-I-I ca-can-can’t-n’t d-do-do any-an-anyt-thing ri-righ-right! Pl-ple-pleas-please-lease do-don’t ha-hat-hate-ate m-me! I’ll d-do-do be-bet-bet-et-tter!” Kyungsoo sobbed as he stared down at the mess he made. His heart breaking cries echoed against the walls of the cage, and he didn’t even attempt to wipe the tears that spilled down his cheeks.

“Kyungsoo, please don’t—!” Mihyun rushed forward frantically as she tried to wipe away the boy’s tears. “You’re not stupid Kyungsoo, you’re not stupid at all, so please—!”

“L-Li-Lia-ar!” Kyungsoo screamed as he shoved her roughly away. She stumbled backwards in alarm, trying to think of what to do to console the boy that was breaking into pieces before her eyes.

“W-Wh-Why am-am-am I-I-I s-so stu-stup-stupid-pid?!” Kyungsoo screamed as he flailed his arms wildly in the air. His eyes darted crazily around the room before finally zeroing in on the broken frame at his feet. “I-I sh-sho-shoul-ould j-jus-ust d-di-die-ie al-alre-read-dy!”

Before Mihyun could even react, Kyungsoo dived towards the ground to pick a piece of the broken glass. “I sh-shou-shoul-ould d-di-die!”

“Kyungsoo!”  Mihyun exclaimed in alarm as she shot forward to stop the boy from hurting himself. “Kyungsoo stop that! Stop it!” She grabbed a hold of his struggling wrist and tried desperately to pry his hands open. Blood was already seeping from the broken skin of his palms, and Mihyun was beginning to slip into a state of panic.

“Please Kyungsoo, please stop it!” Mihyun cried frantically as she tried to get a strong grip on Kyungsoo’s arms. She winced as the glass shard Kyungsoo was holding slashed her arms multiple times, but ignored the pain to solve more important matters. Finally, she got the piece to slip from his fingers and tumble onto the ground.

“N-No-No! St-Sto-Stop-op it-it! I-I ne-nee-need th-tha-that!” Kyungsoo screamed, his eyes captured by this delirious glint that sent shivers down Mihyun’s spine. Before Kyungsoo could grasp a fresh piece of glass, Mihyun pushed him roughly to the ground. She pressed all her weight and laid on top of him, her arms wrapped around the boy’s shoulders to prevent his arms from thrashing to the side. She ran her hand up the back of his neck and pressed his head into the crook of her neck to muffle his sobs.

“It’s alright, Kyungsoo. You’re alright, everything’s alright,” Mihyun whispered in a calm voice as she slowly caressed the back of the boy’s head. “You’re not stupid, do you hear me? You’re not stupid? Do Kyungsoo is not stupid, not even close. You are not stupid, Kyungsoo, but what you’re doing right now is. You’re letting Jaemin crawl under your skin, Kyungsoo, and you know you’re better than that. You know you’re better than him. You know that the words he says aren’t the truth, and that you shouldn’t let yourself fall as victim. Do Kyungsoo is not stupid, he’s actually one of the most clever boys I’ve ever met.”

“Y-Y-You’re-re a l-liar,” Kyungsoo muttered in response, his words now said in a much calmer tone.

“Have I ever lied before, Kyungsoo? Have I ever lied to any of you guys, ever during the entire time I’ve been with you all? I keep all my promises, I don’t sugar coat things or beat around the bush. I only speak the truth and you know that Kyungsoo,” Mihyun stated firmly as she continued to soothe the boy in her arms. “The liar here isn’t me, but you, because you’re lying to yourself. You’re lying when you say that you’re stupid, because you aren’t, Kyungsoo. You aren’t stupid, you aren’t. Do Kyungsoo is clever, really, really clever. Who was the one who was able of improving his speech in such a short amount of time? Kyungsoo. Who is the one Jongin loves and looks up to? Kyungsoo. Do you think Jongin would have so much respect for somebody who’s stupid? Do you think Jongin is actually that kind to put up with somebody who’s stupid?”

There was a long pause before Kyungsoo finally choked out, “N-No.”

“That’s right, he wouldn’t, yet he spends so much time with you, doesn’t he Kyungsoo? Would Jongin love you this much if you were stupid? What does that mean then?” Mihyun persisted, ignoring the seeping dampness of her shirt.

“T-Th-That-at I’m-I’m… th-that I’m-I’m n-not st-stupi-pid-id,” Kyungsoo hiccupped as he fisted the back of Mihyun’s blouse. He cleared his throat and repeated himself, “Th-that I’m n-not stu-stupid.”

“That’s right, Kyungsoo,” Mihyun smiled as she felt his heart begin to calm in its beats. “You aren’t.”

“I-I… Mi-Mihyun,” Kyungsoo sobbed as he pressed his wet eyes into the crook of her neck. “I-I’m s-sorry!”

Mihyun slowly raised them into an upright position, and she wrapped her arms around the boy to soothingly rub his back. “There’s nothing to be sorry for, Kyungsoo. It’s not your fault.”

“What the hell happened in here?!” a sudden voice boomed through the cage.

“What are you yelling about Jongin?!” Chanyeol called out as he came running to his side, Baekhyun, Sehun, and Luhan right on his tail.

“Nothing that can’t be handled,” Mihyun turned her head to smile up at the boys as she continued to rub Kyungsoo’s back.

“I-It wa-was my-my faul-fault,” Kyungsoo hiccupped as he slowly separated himself from the girl. “I-I’m so-sorry.”

“There’s so much blood!” Jongin exclaimed as he rushed forward. He took Kyungsoo’s face into the palms of his hand and stared at him with frantic eyes. “Are you hurt, Hyung?! Tell me where you’re hurt!”

“He cut his hands,” Mihyun spoke up as she quickly hid her arms behind her back. “Please tend to them, Jongin. I have some more medical aids in the car so I’ll go get them.”

“You have a lot of blood on you, are you hurt too Mihyun?!” Baekhyun exclaimed as he rushed forward to inspect the girl.

Kyungsoo’s eyes widened at the words, and his breath began to hitch up at the thought of injuring her from his stupidity.

“No, that isn’t the case,” Mihyun quickly reassured the other. “This is just Kyungsoo’s blood, I wasn’t injured.” She turned and gave Kyungsoo a smile of reassurance, “You must have lost a lot of blood, Kyungsoo, please let Jongin tend to your wounds right away, okay?”

Kyungsoo nodded his head and followed Jongin to the corner where they stashed the first aid kit Mihyun had brought them earlier. He was utterly relieved to know that he hadn’t caused the girl any injuries, and was now very close to being calm.

“I’ll go get more things from the car,” Mihyun stated as she climbed to her feet. She quickly walked out of the room before any of them could question her, and didn’t stop until she had safely gone down a few hallways. After sending Jaesuk a message to pick her up, she leaned herself against the wall, her eyes squeezed shut to endure the burning feeling. Kyungsoo hadn’t only cut her arms, but he managed to nick multiple places across her torso as well.

She registered the sound of footsteps and tried to move forward but was unable to due to the pain that jolted up her body. She felt a presence behind her once the footsteps halted, and she glanced over her shoulder to see who the foreign presence was.

“What the hell do you want?” she snarled as her eyes immediately narrowed at the sight of Jaemin.

“You don’t even try to be polite anymore, huh?” Jaemin scoffed as he stared at her. His eyebrows were furrowed in a never before seen expression of concern, and Mihyun was briefly taken aback by the look. “I… I heard the little one’s outburst.”

“Happy you caused him that much mental anguish, aren’t you?” Mihyun snapped as she tossed him a sharp glare.

“No, goddammit! Just let me talk!” Jaemin exclaimed as he threw his arms up in the air with exasperation.

“What are you trying to do to her?” a cold voice cut across the room, and the pair turned their heads to see Sehun coming down the hallway. Sehun trained his intense glare onto Jaemin until he was stationed protectively in front of Mihyun. “Get the hell away.”

Jaemin opened his mouth to protest, but ended up pressing his lips together reluctantly. Mihyun stared after Jaemin’s disappearing figure and bit down on her bottom lip. Exactly what had he wanted to say to her? Was it really remorse that she had detected in his tone? Was it possible that the male still held a hint, just the slightest hint of beauty within his soul? Could it be that she might have been wrong about Jaemin? Just the slightest bit?

No, she decided, that was impossible. Mihyun was never wrong when it came to judging a character.

She was taken away from her thoughts when Sehun stepped in front of her. Her eyes raked up his body to meet his gaze, and she flinched from the intensity of it.

“Are you going to call me an idiot?” she asked patiently as she stared at him with an arched eyebrow.

Sehun’s eyes widened slightly in surprise before narrowing once again. He let out a small growl and barked, “Are you trying to joke right now?”

“It didn’t lighten the mood, so no,” Mihyun responded with a weak smile. “You know I couldn’t have revealed my injuries in there without Kyungsoo reacting.”

“I know, but you could have at least whispered it to one of us!” Sehun exclaimed as he ran his fingers through his hair. “How badly hurt are you?”

“Pretty bad,” Mihyun admitted, not even bothering to hide it. It would have just angered Sehun even more once he was to find out, anyways.

Sehun let out a low growl, and he gently reached forward to take her arm into his. He carefully pulled her sleeve up, and inhaled a sharp intake of air at the sight of the injuries. “ing Kyungsoo…”

“Kyungsoo Hyung to you,” Mihyun chided with a loose smile.

Sehun scoffed and flicked her forehead, “Is this really any time to joke? Is Jaesuk really outside or did you lie about that too?”

Mihyun chuckled nervously, “Guilty.”

“You’re so-!” Sehun stopped himself from continuing and just settled for a glare. He pulled some bandages out of his pocket and fumbled with the opening. “I managed to sneak some out when Kyungsoo wasn’t looking. We can stop the blood with these, but you should go see a doctor.”

“Neh,” Mihyun nodded without arguing.

“Arms,” Sehun commanded as he held out the palm of his hand.

Mihyun held out her arms obediently, and waited patiently as Sehun carefully wrapped the bandages around her injuries.

“Goddammit, why is this so ing hard?!” Sehun exclaimed as he stared at his messy wrapping. He grumbled under his breath as he unwrapped them all to start over.

Mihyun wanted to tell him that it was rather unsanitary to do so after they were already tainted with blood, but kept her lips pressed together.

“Aish, this will have to do till later,” Sehun muttered under his breath as he stared at his messy bandaging. It was better than the first time, but still nowhere near perfection. “Just get some professional to do it; they’ll do it a lot better than me.”

“Why? I think it looks fine?” Mihyun cocked her head as she examined her bandaged arms.

“Idiot, are you blind?” Sehun scoffed as he rolled his eyes. He still couldn’t help the light color that flushed onto his cheeks, however. “Are you hurt anywhere else?”

Mihyun paused for a second and then nodded her head. Sehun’s eyes widened in alarm when she began to lift up her shirt, and his hands darted out to stop her. He snapped his head away once he got a glance of bare skin, and his cheeks flushed a bright red as he tried to train his gaze on anything but Mihyun. “I-Idiot! You c-can’t just lift up your… god!”

Mihyun laughed quietly at the boy’s flustered state and reached up to pinch his cheeks. “Cute.”

“Y-You’re so dumb,” Sehun muttered under his breath as he flushed a cherry red. “C-Call Jaesuk already and tell him to come get you.”

“I already sent him a message,” Mihyun smiled, her eyes crinkling into crescents. “Thank you for your help, Sehun. I feel better already!”

“Better my ,” Sehun muttered under his breath. He rubbed the back of his neck and stared down at his feet. “Yeah, well, just… remember to get that treated.”

Sehun recalled the words Jaesuk had told them all earlier that morning, and he stared down at her uneasily. “Mihyun?” he called out in a soft voice, his tongue darting out to wet his dry lips.

“Yes?”

“Will I… Will I always be beautiful to you?” Sehun asked slowly. He flushed a crimson red after he finished, for he didn’t know how embarrassing it all sounded until it escaped from his lips.

Mihyun appeared briefly taken aback with his question, and she cocked her head in slight confusion. “Why are you asking such a thing?”

Sehun quickly shook his head, “N-No, it’s nothing, just forget I ev—”

“Isn’t the answer obvious? Of course you will,” Mihyun smiled up at the boy, her eyes crinkling into small crescents as she did so.

Sehun knew it wasn’t right to enjoy the slight mental disorder of the girl, but he couldn’t help but bask in happiness at his words. It felt good; it felt good to know that he’d always be seen in a positive light by the girl. He wouldn’t take advantage of it all, of course, but with this he could confirm that Mihyun would never abandon him. He didn’t want to be alone, ever.

“Why did you even ask me?” Mihyun asked curiously.

Sehun shook his head with a smile spread across his lips. He could feel his heart pump in ecstatic beats, and he felt as if nothing could bring down the good mood he was in. Before he could realize his actions, he leaned over and pressed a small peck to the girl’s forehead. His drunken happiness disappeared the split second his lips touched her soft skin, and his eyes widened in astonishment. He immediately flung himself aside, staring at the girl in complete horror for what he had done. His face rapidly turned a color of bright red, and a river of stammers flew out of his mouth. “I-I-I d-didn’t… uh… I did-did… I-uh… I’m not… y-you see…”

His words were interrupted with a sudden sound, and both he and Mihyun glanced down to see the phone that was vibrating in Mihyun’s hand.

“Ah, Jaesuk is waiting for me outside,” Mihyun spoke up once she checked the message. “You can return to the cage now, Sehun, thank you for coming to check on me.”

“N-No problem,” Sehun mumbled under his breath as he rubbed the back of his neck. He stared straight down at his shoes as he mumbled another good bye, too embarrassed to meet the eyes of the other.

“Oh, and Sehun?” Mihyun called out as she began to make her way to the exit.

“Y-Yeah?”

“Thanks for the kiss.”

Sehun’s head whipped up just in time to see the door swing to a close behind her. He stared at the door for a few seconds, watching as it swung bit by bit until finally coming to a spot. The corner of his lip twitched upwards in a small smile, progressing into a full on grin.

“Anytime.”
