Vampires. They were supposed to be a myth or a legend, tales to scare children or just a random topic to be discussed about. But, who says myths and legends are not genuine?

Vampires have existed since the birth of mankind. They were smart not to engage with humans, for they are reckless and stubborn and it was mandatory to keep their identity a secret.

Amongst mankind in human form, vampires were basically flawless. From appearance to abilities, they were perfect. They can be considered immortal for they possess a lifespan up to a few centuries. But of course, they will still die eventually.

Like humans, they have law, order, status and ranks. The only characteristic that distinguishes them from humans are their extraordinary eye colors.

Different eye color represents different ranks. And different ranks provide them with different abilities that humans can never imagine.

They were never cruel creatures, unlike in those fairy tales. But then they can be, when something that is precious to them is lost...

It only took one night to turn her whole life upside down.

Her dad. Gone.

Mom. Gone.

And her brother who she loved most. Gone.

Nothing could be worse than when the people you love and truly depend on suddenly disappears without a trace, leaving no time for goodbyes. Living a life in hell, she despised them. She wanted to slaughter all of them for the loss of her family.
