Prologue

We all looked like . I had a tissue shoved up my nose. I removed it thinking that the bleeding has stopped and that’s when I felt warm blood trickling down my nose again. I looked to my right to ask for a tissue to the girl sitting next to me but all I got was a glare, as if six pairs of eyes doing the same thing weren’t enough.

Every one of them probably wanted to beat me up right now and the only thing that’s stopping them was my current state...and maybe because they’re not exactly in good condition too.

I look to my left and saw the only one who didn’t look like she wanted to murder me right then and there. Even with the dirt on her face and the dried blood from the tiny cut on her forehead, someone’s gonna pay for that, she still looked immaculate.

So how did the nine of us end up here in this cold, tiny cell?

We tried to rob a bank.

Didn’t really go too well

It had potential though and I’m not just saying that because I was the brains behind it all. I actually planned everything well but there were factors that even I can’t control. But again the plan had potential.

It was actually a very well thought plan. A very smart one.

“Ugh, Jess, you are so goddamn stupid!”

Well...my sister thinks otherwise.
