Survey Office- Hello the survey results are out on who you want to see in the roommate therefore I have just forwarded an email to you which lists the names of people you should invite to join roommate.

Chairman's Secretary- Yes ok I will let the chairman know

Chairman enters ------ Secretary says hello sir there is an urgent email you need to check so chairman opens the email and sees a lists of names there are 11 members chosen to casts for the roommate. Chairman orders his secretary to sent off the invitations.
