Chapter 15: Don’t let me go, Oppa

Looking up at the younger sister he had been missing for the past 3 years, Lee Byunghun could not believe his eyes. He had been searching for her day and night, without rest and here she was, standing safe and sound in front of him when he had almost lost hope.

Staring into her eyes, Lee Byunghun, the man who had vowed to never ever cry after losing his parents that fateful night, had had hard time holding back the tears he had been bearing for the past years. He had vowed to be a man and to be strong so as to protect his one and only sister; and so there was no room for tears.

Yet, as Byungmi took a step closer to him, Byunghun could feel a drop of liquid touch his right cheek.

He was crying.

The liquid that had dropped was warm, different from the rain pelts that were soaking him thoroughly. That one drop had only been the start as he felt many following, just as he saw the number of Byungmi’s footsteps increasing.

It felt like an eternity but he finally got a clearer look at Byungmi as she squatted down and placed her hands on his cheeks. For a moment, it seemed as if they were transported back to their childhood where Byungmi would put her hands on his cheeks during serious moments and expressed her gratitude and love for her older brother.

And she did.

“Byunghun Oppa, I don’t know what happen or what I’ve lost for this past three years. You’re the only one I’ve remembered so far and I’m just slowly remembering our past. I’m sorry for the trouble I’ve caused you. You must have been so worried about me. I’m so sorry, so sorry, Oppa. Byungmi is back now so please don’t let me go, Oppa.”

Upon the first two words, Byunhun already had his sister tight in his hold. The relief of finding back his baby sister was just too hard to hold in. After going through so much just to look for her, he relished in the feeling of finally holding her in his arms.

“No way, Byungmi, there’s no way Oppa is going to let you go now.” 

A/N: Sorry for the short chapter guys, I really wanted to update. But I had a fun time writing this chapter haha. Being on your period, writing sad chapters and listening to sad songs really makes one want to cry LOL. HAHA. You guys are right, it's Teen Top! The driver was CAP. Heh~ :D
