Ravi and Hyuk walked side by side, looking for a place where they could eat lunch. It had been ages since the last time they had time off and even longer since they’d used their day of to go on a date. That was why Ravi had asked Hyuk out the night before. He wanted to take the younger out on a proper date, something Hyuk should go on more often and probably would if they weren’t idols.

Ravi was just about to point out a place they could go when they heard someone behind them call out their stage names. The pair turned to find several young girls starting to run towards them. They pair looked at each other before they took off running, trying to get away from the girls calling out their names at the top of their lungs. Internally cursing the girls for interrupting his time with his boyfriend, Ravi tried to focus on leading Hyuk to a safe hiding place. They might just be normal – or normal-ish – fans, but he wasn’t going to risk that they were actually sasaengs.

After what felt like hours, Ravi and Hyuk managed to take shelter in the changing room of a store. The pair stood silent, waiting to make sure that the fans were long gone with no chance of returning. It allowed Ravi time to hold Hyuk, so that wasn’t too bad.

“Hyung,” Hyuk finally said, resting his chin on Ravi’s shoulder, “I think that they’re gone. Do you want to pick up something and go home? We can watch a movie on your laptop and cuddle.”

“No,” Ravi frowned, “we’re going out on a proper date. You deserve to be taken out for a proper date every once in a while. You deserve to be treated right.”

“You do treat me right, hyung,” Hyuk smiled brightly, “so what if we can’t go out on dates like normal couples? I like being special. So long as we’re together, its fine.”

“I love you,” Ravi smiled slightly, nuzzling his face into the crook of Hyuk’s neck.

“I love you, too,” Hyuk smiled in return.
