A/N: not going to be in tomorrow, not sure if i'll just crash once i get home (since it's gonna be a long day), so i'll post tomorrow's update now to ensure that it's not late

There were several unspoken rules that Taekwoon and Hakyeon had when it came to being roommates. Simple stuff like always asking how the other’s day went to whoever did the grocery shopping one week. It just made life easier.

There was one rule, however, that Hakyeon apparently didn’t know until he’d broken it.

“Stay the hell away from him,” Taekwoon hissed, pinning Hakyeon against the door, “don’t look at him, don’t talk to him, don’t even think about him.”

“Sanghyuk is my friend too,” Hakyeon argued, pushing the other away, “you can’t make me just drop him because you don’t want me around him.”

“He’s not your friend,” Taekwoon scoffed, “friend implies you befriended him with the intension of just being his friend. You befriended him with the intension of ing him.”

“I did not,” Hakyeon huffed, beyond offended, “I’m not you.”

“I was his friend before I fell in love with him,” Taekwoon countered, “I’m nothing like you.”

“Bull,” Hakyeon said, “bull .”

“It doesn’t matter,” Taekwoon brushed past Hakyeon, “because Sanghyuk is mine and I have no intention of letting him go.”

With that, Taekwoon left and Hakyeon was alone, glaring at the ground.

A/N: first idea I had was a ‘Romeo and Juliet’ type thing, but that’s so over done that it was just like “pass”. I kind of feel bad having N and Leo fighting over Hyukkie like this.
