“So pretty,” young Hakyeon grinned, looking up at the sakura tree. Specifically, the blossoms.

“Yeah,” little Sanghyuk nodded, not as interested in the flowers as his friend.

“I wish I had a sakura tree at home,” Hakyeon sighed, looking wishful.

Sanghyuk just nodded, looking like he hadn’t actually heard anything that Hakyeon has said. Hakyeon pouted slightly when he noticed the other not listening to him, but let the subject drop.

“Where are you taking me?” Hakyeon questioned, a small smirk forming on his face, “you know I only like blindfolds in the bedroom.”

“Shut up,” Sanghyuk rolled his eyes, pausing to smack Hakyeon’s shoulder, “just wait and I’ll show you.”

“Fine,” Hakyeon sighed, silently following his lover.

“Alright,” Sanghyuk said, finally coming to a stop and pulling Hakyeon to stand before him, “I’m undoing the blindfold.”

“Obviousloy,” Hakyeon rolled his eyes as he felt Sanghyuk move to start removing the thing impairing his vision, “now what’s…… oh my.”

“You said you wanted a sakura tree at home,” Sanghyuk shrugged.

“I said that when we were little,” Hakyeon said, trying to fight off the smile forming and failing, “I…I didn’t think you were listening.”

“I’m always listening to you,” Sanghyuk said, wrapping his arms around Hakyeon’s hips from behind, “I just hide it. So? Do you like it?”

“Yes,” Hakyeon nodded, turning slightly to kiss Sanghyuk, “it’s a perfect.”

The pair stood in their backyard for a while longer, enjoying the view.
