“What’s this?” N asked, making a grab for the bag Hyuk had pulled out of his pocket.

“AH!” the younger cried, backing away from the other, “don’t touch that!”

“Sorry,” N pulled back, frowning slightly, “but.....what is it?”

“Star dust,” Hyuk sighed, moving to sit back down beside the older warlock.

“For a spell?” N questioned, trying to figure out what kind of magic needed an ingredient as hard to get as star dust.

“Yeah,” Hyuk nodded, “a spell.”

“What kind of spell?” N asked, “I can’t think of any spell that need star dust.”

“......”

“.....”

“.......”

“...Hyuk?”

“.....,” Hyuk sighed, “.......it’s for a love spell.”

“What?” N blinked, “a love spell? Why......why would you need a love spell? Are you.....in love with someone?”

“Yeah,” Hyuk sighed, “and they don’t love me in return.”

“So you thought you’d use a love spell,” N frowned, “Hyuk, you know that’s wrong.”

“I know,” Hyuk sighed, “but.......I want him to love me.”

N fell silent, unsure of what to say. After a moment, he moved to hug Hyuk, hoping that it would make the other feel better.

“I want the one I love to love me back, too,” N admitted, omitting the part about how the one he loved was Hyuk.

Hyuk nodded in understanding, failing to mention that he loved N as well.

A/N: I was stuck for a moment on how to end this. I wanted to end it with them together, but having the Chasang couple being like this *points above* is pretty fun to write.
