Sanghyuk scowled slightly as he watched Ravi storming across the campus away from Leo. He had no idea why the other was so mad. Heck, if anyone had a right to be mad, it was Hyuk. He was the one being lied to after all. And not just about what Ravi had told him about Leo. No, Hyuk was honestly a bit pissed that Ravi and Leo were lying to him about what they really were.

Monsters. Boogiemen. Whatever they wanted to call themselves.

Sanghyuk had kind of realized what Ravi was the second he saw him. He’d recognize his childhood imaginary friend anywhere. At first, he’d tried to deny it, tried to tell himself that it was just his imagination playing with him. His mother always said he had an over active imagination. But then he overheard N talking to Ravi, calling him by ‘Ravi’ instead of ‘Wonsik.’ The pieces clicked after that.

Well, some of them. For the longest time, he had no idea where Leo fit into everything and he still didn’t know why the three were there at his school. But then he’d overheard N address Leo as king. So did that mean that Leo, the king boogieman, was attending human college and N and Ravi were his bodyguards? Or……was there another reason. And what was up with Ravi lying to him about Leo? Was there something wrong with him being around the monster king?

“I should ask him,” Hyuk said to himself, gaze leaving Ravi and moving to Leo, “maybe……maybe I should tell him that I know what he is.”

But Hyuk was scared to say anything. What if he told Leo what he knew and the other left, fearing exposure? Hyuk……he really liked Leo. He maybe even loved him. Well, he was starting to, anyway. If telling Leo what he knew made the other run…….Hyuk didn’t want Leo to leave. So Hyuk resolved to keep his mouth shut about all things relating to boogiemen and imaginary friends. At least until he was sure Leo wasn’t going to leave.

A/N: Hyukkie is one smart kid, huh? Wonder if he’s ever going to tell Leo what he knows.
