Hyuk’s heart froze in his chest as he looked at the message waiting for him in his dressing room at work. Ken looked over his shoulder, trying to figure out what in the world could have made Hyuk freeze up like he had.

“I’ve missed you, Sanghyuk,” Ken read aloud, “Hyuk, who left this for you?”

“Someone I hoped that I would never see again,” Hyuk scowled, finally recovering from his shock, “where the hell does that ing get off leaving notes like this for me.”

“Who?” Ken pressed, “Who……wait, is this about those guys in my building? Did one of them leave that message?”

“No,” Hyuk sighed, “not them. But they did warn me that the guy who left the note was looking for me.”

“Hyuk,” Ken frowned, “tell me what’s wrong. Should I be worried? Should Ravi be worried?”

“,” Hyuk cursed, remembering that the guy who left the note had no problems dragging innocent people into things just to get what he wanted, “…….not yet. I’m going to handle this.”

“By yourself?” Ken rolled his eyes, “yeah right. I’m going to help you.”

“No,” Hyuk’s voice was firm, “I’m not going to let you or Ravi get involved in any of this if I can help it. just……let me try and handle things, alright?”

“Fine,” Ken gave in, “but at least tell Ravi what’s going on, ok? He should know.”

“I will,” Hyuk said, folding up the message and putting it in his pocket, “you’re right, he needs to know.”
