Memories were important.

That’s what Ken always believed, so he liked to make sure that he had a lot of good ones that he could look back on. Sometimes he had a harder time making good memories. Like when the four other trainees had to leave during MyDol. Ken couldn’t make happy memories of that time period. But his belief that memories were important remained.

As the years went on, he decided that the best memories where the ones he made with the groups maknae. He files those memories away carefully, making extra sure that he didn’t forget a single detail. He wanted to always be able to recall Hyuk’s smile and his voice.

Every time he told Hyuk this, the younger just playfully rolled his eyes. Every time Ken playfully hit him, trying to convince him that the memories were important, Hyuk responded the same way:

“Why do you need to remember my smile or my voice? You’re going to hear if for the rest of our lives, so it’s not like you’re going to need to recall it or anything.”

A/N: ok, so the end is kind of crappy. Originally I’d been planning to go with a sad ending, but *clears throat* I kind of chickened out and couldn’t do it.
