Who was responsible?

Why did it have to happen?

It was a curse all 12 of them were destined to get.

A curse that will end a war.

Or could it?

"Yes, leader."

 There was no way he could say no. It was a matter of life and death. He had to finish this job or else, everyone will die. Everyone, not only the ones he knew, but everyone will die.

 "There are 12 souls that are destined to rule, but before they can rule, they must first accept their fate. Their destiny. Once they face their fate and accept it, this will end the war."

"But leader, how can you be sure...?"

"I am never mistaken. Remember that."

He nodded and went on his way. And as he walked away, the leader called out a last warning.

"They don't know each other. They must discover it for themselves. Do not tell them anything than what they need to know...individually."
