Offering people a second chance at life, saving those in grave danger, and extending time by seconds, minutes and hours for loved ones to see someone's face for the last time. The Emergency Room at Gijeok Hospital does all that and so much more. After getting transferred to Gijeok Hospital from the prestigious Seoul University Hospital due to a traumatizing surgery mistake, Jang Wooyoung finds himself plummeting back to square one all over again. As he was assigned to the ER department, Wooyoung expected sleepless nights, blood-stained white coats and numerous crying family members, but he was faced with much more than just that. While everything he expected was the reality he had predicted, he did not expect the other things that happened in this small ( and under-budget ) department. Tears, laughter, anger, guilt and betrayal, Wooyoung felt everything in the ER. Friendship, brotherhood, love, and family, Wooyoung learned everything from the ER. And like tipping the first domino piece, it all began with one simple sentence, "What happens in the ER, stays in the ER."

Foreword
A/N: Hello beautiful people, I'm back with a long-overdue chaptered fanfic starring none other than my ot6 babies. As you can see, I am trying many new things through this fanfic, including stepping foot into the medical genre in which I'm not very familiar with ( hopefully I do it justice! ). I've been a little obsessed with medical dramas lately and I was just very inspired to write a story based on some of these dramas I've seen ( Doctor Stranger, Emergency Couple, Good Doctor, etc ). I'm also writing pairings that I've never written before! ( due to the fact that this is my entry for the 2PM Summer Writing Festival, see detail below ) Because this will be a fairly lengthy story, not all pairings are set solid since I might change it around every now and then just for the drama and fun of it, but do expect Taecwoo as the main pairing. The story will mainly focus on the lives of the ER department, and all the characters listed above are either in the ER as doctors, staffs, patients, love interests or family members with the addition of appearing characters every now and then. Do not get nervous due to the excessive amount of characters, the minor characters will only play a small role and it will mainly focus around the six 2PM members. I know I rarely get around in finishing any of my chaptered stories, and I'm also a bit anxious about this one since it'll probably be fairly lengthy, but I do hope you'll support it!
