'We're just friends.' I said as Tiffany eyed me suspiciously .

'Kira. You've got to be honest with me?' I averted my eyes from her.

'We are just friends. Jessica and I are just F.R.I.E.N.D.S!' Tiffany laughed as I spelt the words out for her. 

'Ok. If you insist.' she gave me a knowing smile as she walked back to the party.

I let out a heavy sigh. 

'BOO!' I turned and gave a cold stare to the girl behind me. She flinched and shrouded back as she mumbled an apology. I just smiled.

'Sorry, kind of having a headache from all the noise. I'm not really use to this.'

She chuckled quietly. 

'And you say you're Jessica's bestfriend.' I gave her a bitter smile as I stared towards the crowd that was sitting in a circle at the lounge room. They were probably playing some drinking game. 

'If you want you can just go up in my room, upstairs...'  I stared at the girl and flashed her a smile, her cheeks had a hue of pink on them as she was fidgeting with her fingers.

'Thank you for the offer but I think I'll just stay in the kitchen.' I watched as Seohyun's fell, slightly disappointed but she quickly flashed a small smile.

'I'll stay here and keep you company.'

'Thanks.'

'Where were you last night?' Jessica asked when we were sitting in one of our lectures the next day. 

'At the party with you?' I raised my eyebrows at her. 

'I didn't see you after a while though.'

'Oh I went to the kitchen and stayed there half of the night. You know me. I don't really like to party with a crowd.' Jessica nodded understandingly and rested her head on my shoulder. Her fingers laced in mine as she started to closed her eyes not paying any attention to the lecturer. 

Jessica why are you doing this to me?

'Kira, meet my boyfriend, Tyler.'

I stared at him, trying to suppress a frown. I didn't like the look of him but kept my mouth shut tight as I saw the look on Jessica's face. She was in love. Like a lost puppy in love and no one could stop her. Not even her bestfriend.

We drifted . Like every couple, obviously Jessica wanted some time with her boyfriend . So just like that we spent less time together .

Because afterall, Tyler is what  matters most to her. I wasn't jealous , because I knew this was coming. But I was hurt  and disappointed. Boyfriend over Best friend aye?
