In Seoul, this is the same case , with new vigilantes and terrorist popping up like flowers on a regular basis. The following stories are of those that are good, bad, or just stuck in the middle being normal; where some heroes actually need help from the villains to be good, some citizens are fed up with caring about anyone in spandex, and everyone finds love in the strangest places. The life of the powerful and the powerless were never more interesting than the latest ransom note by another villain that just wants to take over the world.
