Chapter 1: Rereading for the second time, but there is so much adoration in his language used to describe her here and I feel Gwangsoo so much because Jihyo really is worth admiring and respecting and he really is a kind person (outside of his betrayal character in RM) and it just gives me such good feelings over it. The confusion over what kind of love it is just well developed yes because even at 30 years old it's so easy to feel like a child in this case.
I just really love every single line here to be honest, like they've been crafted for this purpose not word more or less. [where he looked at her with startling clarity, and times where he couldn’t make heads or tails of this confusing woman he had come to love. Over the years, he played so many different roles in her life; he wondered which one he truly was. He was protector and defender, companion and friend, a little more and a little less.] I think this would be my favorite line though...
And the contrast between all being the first to do something, and the last to love. You absolutely cannot tell me that Jihyo and Gwangsoo do not love each other because they do, it's not necessarily romantic but it is love nonetheless and I feel like this fic just nails that incredible affection the RM family all have for each other.
It would be great to see the other members thought on this because I'm sure we all have a soft spot for our one and only Mong Ji Hyo
Chapter 1: awws this is really cute - nice choice of words which makes it seem like an entire story, either way very satisfying to read despite it being a one shot. And I love the idea of addressing non-romantic love as love too because it's just as important, these two are like my brotp of the RM verse and just, this is great
