16 year old Lee Jieun (IU) is a trainee in figure skating. She is really good at singing, dancing, acting, and modeling, but her company wanted to make her an "all - kill" celebrity. Her fans call her IU because at school she just lives a normal life like any other teenage girl. On stage she is charismatic and charming, yet in high school she is dorky and spazzy. Once she meets her training coach and high school teacher: Choi Inhwa, who all the girls adore and worship, will she come to a realization that she is just like everyone else?
