Stepping into the humble scaled neighborhood was like entering an entirely different universe altogether. With almost overwhelmingly friendly inhabitants and a nice, homely atmosphere, you can definitely bet your bottom dollar this is the ideal place to live. Serene to even newcomers, its placid and amicable aura calmed all who came. It was as if nothing clamorous dared to disrupt its halcyon period, as not even the acts of nature took a toll on this tranquil little suburbia. No rough winds, no loud storms, no turbulence; only sunny skies, warm weathers, and cool breezes. The people welcomed anyone into the community with open arms and maybe even a pie or two. But it was this kindness that led them to their destruction. The residents have made a disastrous mistake.

March thirteenth marked the day they'd welcomed a fraternity into their neighborhood. The boys were nice for about three seconds and then everything went downhill from there. These guys seemed determined to wreak havoc whenever the opportunity arose and wherever they set feet on. When they weren't busy corrupting the innocence of anything within a five foot radius, they were throwing wild frat parties complete with alcohol, girls, and other unmentionables. Needless to say, all hell had broken loose for the once peaceful neighborhood - and a group of girls strung together by outrage weren't going to stand for it. After a certain call to the po-po, the two groups find themselves at each others' throats and in the midst of something they'd never expected: a war of pranks and getting even.

Between planning evil and getting arrested, there was just no way anyone'll be able to fall in love. Right?
