DONGHAE POV

 

 

Damn that person.

 

 

I was about to confess to Hyukkie when he called me and he asked me to go home. Of course I didn’t want to since I really hate looking at his face. I even hate the feeling of being in the same roof with him.

 

And more, there’s a woman who said soon-to-be his wife.

 

 

Make me hate that house more.

 

 

But he said there’s something important for him to tell.

 

And i know he will force me to get what he wants.

 

 

Aissh, it’s almost mid night!

 

 

I walked and walked to my house, and realize that there’s something in front of it.

 

 

A freaking car.

 

Not his nor mine. Another car, it’s a usual car like Hankyung hyung has. But… whose is it?

 

 

 

I entered the gate, and opened the front door.

 

“There you are,” I heard a voice of a lady which I immediately knew that’s Yuka’s, soon-to-be his wife voice.

 

I stared furiously at her who’s standing waiting for me with smile formed on her face. “what’s going on?” I asked with unfriendly tone.

 

 

Call me childish, I don’t care. I just feel like hating her.

 

 

“come here, and you will know, Donghae,” she said, still smiling which I found it kind of annoying. Okay I know I didn’t hate her like I hate my dad, but still… she’s going to replace my mom and I really hate that. Nobody could replace her. That person is really a jerk and a bastard. And a murderer.

 

Yuka walked towards living room. I followed her far behind and I found that person is sitting comfortably on the couch. But… I caught another figure there.

 

 

“Lee Donghae, what took you so long?” he commented when he saw me.

 

 

I clenched my fist. “I almost not going back, damn it.” I murmured, responding his words. I know I’m so harsh to him.

 

I can’t help it.

he's ruining my special moment with Hyukkie.

 

and if his reason calling me is not that important, I'll--

 

“show your respect, Donghae.” Yuka’s voice scold me. What the? She’s brave enough to scold me now? She’s not even my mother.

 

I just sighing and sat on the couch in front of him when suddenly I realize another figure beside me, the figure I saw earlier but I forgot because of the hate feeling towards my dad.

 

 

It’s a girl.

 

 

She’s staring at me.

 

 

And yeah, she’s beautiful. Her dark brown long hair covered her arm. Her brown eyes, her pink lips and all… looks pretty. She wears a short black pants and a white casual jacket.

 

I said she’s pretty, but of course among all of those, Hyukkie is better than her. I love Hyukkie’s hair more, Hyukkie’s lips more, Hyukkie’s skin more, Hyukkie’s—

 

 

Wait.  Who’s she?

 

 

Suddenly she smiled. “is he the person, auntie?” she asked. Auntie? Whose kid is this?

 

“yes, darling.” I heard Yuka said then sat beside dad. She smiled at us then stared at me. “Lee Donghae, this is your soon-to-be fiancée, my niece, Victoria Song.”

 

 

I blinked.

 

She said my what?

 

 

Before I realized, the girl tapped my shoulder and reach out her hand, offer a handshake. “pleasure to meet you, Donghae oppa!”

 

I stunned.

 

 

“oppa?”

 

 

I blinked then stared at her.

 

Wait.

 

 

I couldn’t catch up.

 

 

Fiancée?

 

I heard it wrong, right?

 

I don’t even freaking know this girl.

 

 

Then, I saw her pulled down her hand with slight sad expression. But then she smiled again. “don’t worry, I’m not used to it either,” she said.

 

 

So I’m not hear it wrong.

 

 

I feel my head is suddenly dizzy.

 

What’s wrong with today?

 

 

I stared at that person in front of me with unbelieving expression. “You’re crazy,” I said, then stood up to enter my own room.

 

 

He’s crazy.

 

But I can say

 

I am crazy too.

 

 

Because of him.

NO ONE POV

 

 

Donghae rolled his body on bed and sneaked inside his blanket. His head feel heavy.

 

Everything he experienced today makes him crazy and he can’t take it anymore. he need to sleep and forget it all.

 

 

But suddenly, a knocked heard from the door.

 

 

He groaned, but not bothering to check who it was.

 

Another knocks.

 

 

“aissh,” he sighed. “who is it?!”

 

 

The door’s reveal open and he stared at the door. “I-it’s me, oppa.”

 

Donghae’s eyes narrowed.  “You… who is it again?” he asked, his voice is already husky.

 

 

“Vic… Victoria Song. But just call me Victoria,” she said then closed the door behind her. Donghae sighed and sat up. “who gave you permission to enter my room?” he asked, rubbing his sleepy eyes.

 

 

Victoria gasped a little. “I… I’m sorry, oppa, I just…”

 

 

Donghae sighed. “whatever. What’s it?”

 

 

He stared at the girl who’s standing beside his bed and shyly looked down. He didn’t get attracted to her at all, since there’s only Hyukkie in his heart and mind. “N-nothing… Auntie said I should check your condition, oppa,” Victoria muttered.

 

“huh? I’m fine. Is it enough?” Donghae responded, feels slight annoyed.

 

 

Victoria stared at him. “I’m, uh… Oppa, I know you didn’t accept this, but… you know that I will be your fiancée.”

 

 

“that won’t happen,” Donghae said lazily.

 

 

“w-why?”

 

 

He now rolled his eyes. “because we don’t love each other, do we?” he said. He know that both of them didn’t want on their own of this engagement.

 

 

Victoria remains silent. “But maybe we should know each other—“

 

“yeah, we should. But I think friend is enough, Victoria. Why the hell your aunt conquers your life?” Donghae asked furiously.

 

 

“l-listen. I don’t know either… I just want to meet my aunt after a year didn’t see her, since she’s in US.” She said slowly, “but I know she will betroth me with someone. I didn’t know it’s you, until I saw you earlier. my purpose going here is only to meet my aunt,”

 

 

“the thing is… you know you’ll be engaged to someone you didn’t even know.” Donghae said in blank expression.

 

“I said I didn’t know it’s you!”

 

 

Donghae sighed. “now you know,”

HYUKJAE POV

 

 

I stared at the swimming pool lazily, watching swimming competition. Yeah, this is the day 2 of sport festival and I was lazy like hell. Why Donghae didn’t fetch me today? I haven’t see him. is he sick? Maybe he is. He looks really sad yesterday.

 

I have to ask any Rox’s member if I meet any of them later, and better not contact him because maybe he needs time alone if he’s sad.

 

 

“Hey yo,” suddenly someone said, and sat beside me.

 

“ha, Xiah? Aren’t you have competition?”

 

 

Xiah rolled his eyes. “I already have my competition yesterday, and I make it through finals. The final is at Saturday.” He explained.

 

“I see,”no doubt, Xiah is really good at sports.

 

 

I stared at the swimming pool. I can see Changmin there. He’s preparing for the competition. But I don’t know why I didn’t seems like having some excitement watching these.

 

 

“Hyuk ah, where’s your boyfriend?”

 

 

“he didn’t came—what? I have no boyfriend, pabo!” I snapped at Xiah. Damn, why he should teasing me?

 

“kekeke… but you will like it if he is, right?” he grinned cheekily, “where is he?”

 

 

I don’t think I have energy to snapping him again, so I just stared down and sighing. “he’s not coming. He has so many problems lately,”

 

 

“aww… Why’s that?”

 

 

“about his family and stuffs,” I said, lazy to explain. Fortunately he understand and just ended the topics by nodding understandingly.

 

“anyway, I came here to actually tell you… did you see the girl there?” Xiah asked, pointing at someone.

 

 

I looked at his direction. A girl. Hmm, why the hell Xiah talking about girls when he’s gay? Is he being straight now? “what’s with her?”

 

 

“you don’t know her, right?”

 

 

I stunned.

 

Yeah, I don’t know her. She’s Fukuura’s student and I just realize it. She’s wearing our school uniform. Why I don’t know her? I suppose to know every student here.

 

 

“Is she new?”

 

Xiah said and nodded. “since there’s no class this week, the teachers told her to just watch the competition. But mr. Hwang told me to tell you about her, and if you kind enough… he wants you—as a president to giving her a tour.” He said non-stop. “and… since you’re not busy too, right?”

 

 

I sighed. Tour? Okay, I admit this school is really big. But… hell, I was lazy today!

 

 

“can’t you do it for me?”

 

 

Xiah shooked his head. “of course not, I’m the committee in this event and I have to go helping some things now. Sorry, Hyuk ah. but really… you don’t have anything to do right? And Donghae is not here too.”

 

Aw, Hae’s not here. He’s right. I will be bored this whole day.

 

 

“okay then,” I finally said. “anyway, what’s her name?”

 

 

“Victoria Song. Thanks Eunhyukkie~ gotta go now!” he said then leaving me alone like before.

 

 

Hmm… Victoria Song. Okay.  I stood up and walked towards her.

“We’ve arrived to the 2^nd floor now. Here, the class in the corner is Biology Laboratory. While the other rooms are belong to 2^nd grades. You’re 2^nd grades right? That means your classroom will be in this floor,” I said, try to explaining room by room in Fukuura.

 

The girl who called Victoria just nodding all the time while trying to remember every room I told to her.

 

Yah, I doubt it if she can remember all those rooms. Me myself need a whole week to remember that. This school is damn huge.

 

 

“Is Rakooga’s like this too?” she asked me when we walked along the corridor.

 

 

Rakooga?

 

 

I tried to remember the views of Rakooga. “yeah, that school is really big too, since we’re the same company. What’s with that?”

 

 

She smiled and shook her head. “nope, I have my soon-to be-husband there.”

 

My eyes widened and smiled in excitement. “chinja? Whoa… why don’t you school in there then?” I asked. It’s not that I don’t want her to be here, but it’s kind of strange when your fiancée is in the school right behind your school.

 

“umm,” she shrugged her shoulder cutely, her face is showing a slight blush. “I don’t know, my aunt said that Fukuura’s better,”

 

 

I smiled proudly. Yeah, Fukuura’s better? I don’t even know that.

 

 

“Your aunt?” I asked her.

 

 

She nodded. “yeah, it’s my aunt who have me schooling in this place.”

 

I titled my head. “how about your parents?”

 

 

“ah, them,” she said, seems like realizing something. “they died 2 years ago in an accident,” she added while smiling.

 

 

Oh, wrong question I guess.

 

 

“sorry,” I just muttered. But she laughed. “that’s okay, my aunt is my everything to me and she take care of me very much,”

 

 

I nodded understandingly. This girl is really cheerful. I’m sure her soon-to be-husband will be proud of her. And she’s pretty too.

 

“this is library, anyway.” I said after we’ve arrived in front of the library. “it used to be Fox favorite spot,” I added.

 

 

“hmm… Fox? Your organization, oppa?”

 

I nodded. “yeah, I’m the leader of the Fox. Fox is the shortened of Flanternoux,”

 

 

“really cool,” she murmured. “anyway, oppa, is it hard to be the president of the only organization in this huge school?”

 

 

I bit my bottom lips. “um, kind of. The hard thing is when students got trouble with neighbor—your fiancée’s school.”

 

 

“really? So you’re fighting with each other?” she asked in disbelief, “oh, oppa. Anyway he’s not my fiancée yet,” she added, giggling.

 

 

“oh, sorry… and um yeah, we’re fighting with each other. But no worries, it already solved. Everything is going better and no more fights,”

 

 

“wow! That’s really great, oppa!” she squeals happily. I smiled with her act. She’s real cute girl. But of course I’m just saying. I didn’t attracted to her at all, since my mind and heart is full of Hae.

 

 

After we’ve done exploring 2^nd floor and about to goes up, I realize something.

 

 

“hey, why are you call me ‘oppa’? we’re in the same grade. I’m in 2^ndgrade either, like you,” I said, feeling confused.

 

 

“oh,” she seems realizing it, “yeah, actually I’m younger than you, oppa. But because of myscores in my report and my score when testing, they said I can enter as a 2^nd grader.” She explained while smiling.

 

Wow… now I know why. She looks smart.

 

 

“you’re so smart then,” I muttered. But she just chuckling while playing with her hair. “I’m not. My soon-to be-husband is lot smarter than me,”

 

 

Okay now I’m feeling a little bit envy.  And anyway… Hae is smart too, he even the smartest.

 

 

Aisshh! I missed him. where is he? Should I call him? why he didn’t text me or just at least tell any of Rox so they can tell me.

 

 

Am I not that important?

 

“oppa?”

 

 

“e-eh? Sorry, where were we?” I said messily.

 

She chuckled. “what are you thinking, oppa? Your girlfriend?”

 

 

I blinked. “n-no,” ugh, girlfriend? I was thinking about Hae. “I don’t have any girlfriend,”

 

Suddenly, she stopped and turned to me. I saw her confusedly, but her eyes become so big. “you don’t have any girlfriend??”

 

Huh? I shook my head slowly. “why with that?”

 

 

She sighed. “you know, you’re the president of the school, and you’re incredibly handsome yet super pretty guy! How come you don’t have girlfriend?” she exclaimed.

 

 

“uh…” I confused how to answer. “I don’t know…”

 

 

Yeah, what should I said? I’m gay? But I was gay only for Hae. Yeah still I don’t have to say it right?

 

 

Never mind.

 

“you should search one, oppa.” She said while nodding to herself.

 

 

I smiled, “yeah, maybe later.”

“finally, that’s the last thing you should remember in Fukuura,” I said, sighing. We’re in front of the last room now, nursery room.Back to the 1st floor.

 

 

It’s already afternoon and I think it’s okay to go home because the competition is done for today.

 

 

“phew~! This school is really huge. I don’t think I can remember this instant,” she sighed, putting her hands on her waist with cute expression.

 

 

“you’ll get used to it, Victoria,” I said chuckled. Everyone think the same way, I’m sure.

 

 

She nodded. “yeah, thank you very much for today, oppa!” she said happily and shake my hand.

 

 

“no problem,” I murmured. Yeah, I should thank her too anyway because I will get damn bored if I didn’t do anything here.

 

Okay, remembering that thing makes me remembered about Hae too. How is he feeling? I really worried. Maybe I have to call him as soon as I got home, or maybe on my way home. Or maybe as soon as I have my phone on my hand.

 

“Heey, oppa~”

 

 

I blinked. Victoria is waving her hand in front of me, making me realized and woke up from my thought. “ah, sorry. I just thinking about something,” I said, embarrassed.

 

 

She laughed, “that’s fine. Anyway, you didn’t go home, oppa?”

 

 

“maybe later,” I said after I shook my head.

 

 

Yeah. I will call him right after she go. I can’t deny my worried feeling in my heart. And yah, I missed him so much.

 

 

“how about you? Are you going home alone?” I asked, trying to make sure she didn’t go home alone because it’s kind of dangerous for a girl to go home alone. There are many bad people around.

 

 

She shook her head while smiling. “uh-uh, my soon-to be-husband is fetching me.”

 

 

Aww… see that. She really made me envy. And when the time like this, why Hae should leaving me alone with no news from him?

 

Huh! He should at least text me.

 

 

“I see,” I responded as I can.

 

She stared at her watch, “but I don’t really know when he will come here to pick me up…” she muttered. “will you accompany me in front of the gate, oppa?”

 

Ugh, actually I want to call Hae, but… she’s staring at me with her puppy eyes. Gah, she looks like Kibum. He often like this too…

 

 

I sighed. “fine then, let’s go wait for your fiancée.”

 

 

“he’s not yet one…” she said.

 

 

“okay whatever… it makes no difference,”

 

 

Then we walked towards the gate. The school is still filled with many students, but it has reducing already since it’s already late afternoon.

 

 

Suddenly, Victoria squeals. “Ah! it’s him!” she stared at me and smiled. “it looks like your duty is done, oppa~~”

 

 

I sighed. “good then,” I said, smiled at her. “careful on your way,”

 

 

“okay!” she nodded and pointing at a car, “anyway, that’s his car,”

 

Oh? It’s his car? I stared at her direction. He has the same car with Donghae.  And suddenly I feel I miss him more and…

 

 

Wait.

 

 

Victoria’s fiancée came out from the car, walking towards Victoria who’s standing not far from me.

 

 

 

He really looks like Donghae.

 

 

Is it my mind was distracted? Or does he really looks like Donghae?

 

Or Hae actually have a twin—

 

 

Oh, please. That’s irrational.

“Hae oppa~” Victoria squealed beside me.

 

 

See? Even the name—

 

Hae?

 

 

It’s Hae.

 

 

 

 

I felt pang on my chest. Hae looks surprised seeing me, so am I.

 

 

What does this all mean?

 

I know he’s not my boyfriend. But I feel I got cheated by him already.

 

Stop it Hyuk, he’s not your boyfriend.

 

 

“Eunhyuk oppa, this is um, like I said to you before, my soon-to be—“

 

 

“Hae,” I can’t help calling him and cutting all Victoria words. I can’t think straight. What this is all about?

 

 

“oh? You guys know each other?” Victoria asked bluntly.

 

 

Hae’s staring at me. I can see sadness in his eyes. But… why? Did he actually know that he already has a fiancée that’s why he want to told me something yesterday?

 

 

But for god’s sake he almost kiss me!!!!!!!!!!

 

 

I nearly burst out my tears. But I know I shouldn’t cry in a time like this.

 

 

Why he has to give me a little hope, and in the end I have to know that he already have a freaking fiancée?

 

 

“he’s not yet one…”

 

WHATEVER, Damn it! She said Hae’s his soon-to be- husband! Why I didn’t realize it?? She said her fiancée is schooling in Rox.

 

She said her fiancée is really smart.

 

She keeps asking me about being a president.

 

Damn. Damn it.

 

 

I feel pain in my chest. I couldn’t breathe steadily.

 

 

“hey, oppa?” Victoria suddenly asked, looking at both of me and Hae.

 

I feel anger and the feeling that you’re being dumped took over me.

 

“of course I know him,” I hissed, staring right at Hae’s eyes. Actually his eyes is really sad and makes me can’t bare those eyes. But I don’t know, I feel mad.

 

 

“He’s my servant,” I said furiously.

 

 

“what? Servant?” she asked confusedly. “what do you mean, oppa?”

 

 

I glared at her. “he’s my  servant, he serve me, he do anything I want him to do and that’s the way to make peace between Fukuura and Rakooga LIKE I SAID TO YOU BEFORE,” I said, give a pressure in my last words.

 

 

Sorry, Victoria. But I can’t help my jealousy and my anger towards Hae.
