My Haunted School

Description

CHARACTERS:

Chunji only believes in things he can see like any other high school detective. Why would people be sily enough to believe in ghosts anyway. Horror stories and movies are only popular because people wanna scare themselves. They need some thrill in a boring routine life someone living in a bustling city. Which to Chunji was stupid as well. Try to imagine the amount producer and scriptwriters made from a single movie. Which was exactly why Chunji would never watch a horror movie. Not that he was scared. Okay, maybe he was.

Teen Top makes up the rest of investigator's club in Seoul High School. This group of friends are exceptionally good-looking and even on par with the kingka group Shinee. Due to the fact that they were somewhat nerdy, none of the girls paid attention to them. Which was really a pity. All of them were eligible single men, especially L.Joe. At least to Soyul who was his dongsaeng.

Soyul is very close to perfect. Pretty, happy-go-lucky,cheerful, loving, cute. She would have had more friends if she cared less about horror. I mean a teenage girl like her could have a thousand other hobbies that were better or more productive. But no, she loved...scratch that, she was mildly obsessed with horror. She scared people off sometimes because of her deep love for scary films. But it was mostly because she was too busy with her obsession to bother to make friends or respond to her many secret admirers. One of her few friends was her L.Joe oppa.

Crayon Pop is more or less Soyul's clique in school. They pair with her for project works and keep and eye out for her. Truthfully, Soyul can be kind of blur at school because she would be fangirling over horror movies in her head and giggling to herself. (I know, creepy right?) Although they could not comprehend her little obsession, they still bother to take care of her because they are really caring. And also somewhat nerdy like Teen Top.

Foreword

L.Joe groaned as Soyul stood up to put yet another disk into the CD player. She was watching horror movies again. It was 12am on Sunday night and there was school tomorrow."Soyul ah, have you even completed your homework? Don't you have a test tomorrow?"

"Neh." Soyul said with a mouthful of popcorn, eyes glued to the screen. L.Joe glanced at the screen which depicted a woman bleeding profusely as she begged for help, crying madly and crawling away weakly from a clown with a chainsaw with a disturbing expression on his scary face. Soyul giggled and L.Joe could not help but wince at the picture.

Chunji was up late like every other night, sitting at his desk reviewing closed cases and analysing the new case. As the chairperson of investigator's club, he had to present each new case and thus had to find out more so he knew what to say at their weekly meeting. He thought of Soyul who sat at a dark corner at each meeting chuckling to herself and he shuddered. Whether or not she was L.Joe's sister, she was creepy as hell. Not that he hadn't noticed the way her eyes lit up like stars when she smiled or marvelled at her milky white complexion and her soft pink lips. He knew she was beautiful but he also knew that she would never notice him and that he would never have the guts to woo her.

Damn, he thought, I'm thinking about her again...he quickly realised that his cheeks were flushed a brilliant red

He shook his head to clear his mind. Imagine what would happen if L.Joe found out that he had a secret crush on his sister. That would be scarier that horror movies and also extremely embarrassing.
