Just some random situations I thought of while listening to “RUN”  Enjoy! :D

“Yoongi that’s enough.” you scolded as you took the bottle from his hand. The man looked too drunk to protest and you sighed heavily. Yoongi has been like this since you told him about your family’s disapproval of your relationship. You couldn’t blame them. You saw it coming. They’ve always expected the best from you...expected you to choose better than a musician who’s trying to make it big in the industry. 

“He won’t be able to take care of you in the future.” Your father told. “Musicians. All they’ll ever feed you are dreams and empty promises.”

You’re wrong, you wanted to say. For with Yoongi you felt your world come alive. With Yoongi, the world although may be harsh, was bearable. With Yoongi, you felt loved and respected. 

“Let’s just run away.” you turned to the side, seeing Yoongi slumped at the bottom of the stairs, his head leaning against the wall with eyes trailed on the floor. You stared at him as his words processed in your brain. 

Did he just ask me to run away?

As if reading your mind, he looked up at you and your eyes locked. His eyes were red rimmed but they looked determined as he said, “Let’s just leave. We’ll be together, Y/N. Just you and me.”

He must be really drunk, you thought as you sighed and helped him up to his bedroom. Yoongi was rational. He was a dreamer but he knew life’s limits. He knows that running away is a big responsibility--something the both of you weren’t sure you would be able to do. 

With some effort, you were able to take him to his room; laying him on the bed carefully. 

“You heard what I just said, right?” he slurred and you smiled, giving him a kiss on the corner of his mouth. 

“Sleep.” you said almost amusedly. “You always say the cutest things when you’re drunk.”

You were about to leave the room the get him some water and medication for you knew he was going to wake up with a massive headache, when a single sentence made you halt--your heart skipping a beat.

“Who said I was drunk?” 

“Look at me.” 

You bit your lip and closed your eyes, your head turned to the side as you tried to keep your heart calm. But it was impossible when you felt his stare practically burning through you, almost like he was reading into your very soul. 

You hoped he couldn’t tell the lie that was about to come out of your mouth. 

“It’s over, Taehyung. We can’t do this anymore. I’m--” good god just say it, Y/N!, you told yourself. “I...I--I don’t want to be with you anymore.”

You heard footsteps coming closer and you gulped, nervousness eating you raw. 

“Look at me.” he said again and you willed yourself to stay put. Because you knew if you looked at him, you wouldn’t be able to stand it. 

“I said look at me, damn it!”

You jumped at his outburst, making you look up at him with shocked and slightly fearful eyes. Taehyung never raises his voice nor did he ever looked this angry. His eyes were ablaze, his face a mask of seriousness you’ve only ever seen a handful of times considering that he was always a ball of a sunshine whenever you were together. Your lower lip quivered at the sight of his eyes which reflected both hurt and anger.

“Now, tell me.” he said, voice deep and low that it sent shivers down your spine. “Say it to my face.” 

You felt tears b at the corner of your eyes but you took a deep breath and swallowed your fears. “We’re--we’re through, Taehyung.”
