Sunwoong closed the door behind him. He walked a few step before stopped in front of the stair. " Wait! Why I have to go to her house? Arghh!!! " he scolded himself. But still, he walked down the stairs while shoving his hands in the sweater pocket. " Yah!!!! Let me go!!!! " Suddenly, Sunwoong hears Hyeri shouted. He was about to reached the ground and he can see two man in black suit was holding Hyeri's hands. " Miss, please follow us. Master had asked us to bring you to us " the man let go of Hyeri's hand. " I don't want!!! Ahjusshi, I know what he want to say. I know that he want me to agree with him. But sadly, I wouldn't!!! " Hyeri crossed her hand. " Miss, at least just go. We'll be in trouble if you not. No, basically, if you didn't deal with your father now, he'll continue forcing you. You already like my own daughter. I don't want you to get hurt " the older man said. " Hyeri-ah, just go. Appa is worry about you. Me too, don't want you to suffer. We didn't to force you harshly. So, just, go and talk to your father " a younger man said. Hyeri looked down and sighed " Okay, I'll go and talked to him. So, don't worry, oppa, ahjusshi. Just take me home " Hyeri was about to enter the car when Sunwoong approached her. " Oh! Irene-ah " Sunwoong stared at her and then at the man. Hyeri understand his signal. " Irene, I'm sorry. I can't study with you tonight. Err... there were emergency at home. I need to go back. I'm so sorry " Hyeri rolled her eyes. She had to lie. She will tell him when she was ready. Sunwoong just nodded. He motioned her towards the car. Hyeri fake a smile. " I'll go first " Hyeri enterd the car and closed the door. The two man also followed the girl. Before the car drove away, Hyeri rolled down the car window. " Irene-ah, take care of my house, okay? " Sunwoong just nodded again. Hyeri smiled and rolled up the window after excused herself. Then, the car drove away. Sunwoong sighed and went back to his house. He entered the house. Putting off the wig, he sat on the floor. His mind can't stop thinking about Hyeri. She seems a little bit weird. If there was emergency at her home, why she seems didn't want to go back ? Sunwoong was about to lied down on the bed when his phone rang, signalling a message had came in. He took the phone and slide away the screen lock icon. A message from Haneul. He sighed. ~ Irene-ah, is Hyeri with you? I called for her but she didn't pick it up ~ Sunwoong immediately sat up when he read the message and type down anxiously to reply the older message. ~ Didn't you should be with her ? She said she was going home because of emergency. A guy and a man came to pick her just now ~ ~ Ok. Thanks ~ Sunwoong can sensed something fishy. There must be something happen. But, he just shrugged it off and wait for Hyeri to come back. He lied on his back again and stared at the ceiling. ' Is she okay? She didn't hurt, right? Nothing will happen to her right? ' All he thinks at that time was Hyeri. He tossed around several times. Uncomfortable with his position, he finally stood up and grabbed the wig. Positioning it on his head and tidied it a bit, he exited the house. He waited for Hyeri at the pavement. Because of too anxious, he walked shuttling at the pavement. He don't know why, but he really worried about her. He tried to calm himself by sitting on the stair. Sometimes he checked his watch and yawned a little. Sometimes he played with his phone, texting and calling the girl. Bur still, no reply. Soon, he didn't know what exactly time wgen he fall asleep. *** Sunwoong woke up suddenly when he shocked as his head was about to fall from the metal bar that he use to support his head. Trying to fully wake up, he streched his limb and checked the time. Almost two hours since the girl gone but he can't see her sign. Suddenly he heard girl sniffles. He walked to the pavement and ibserved surrounding. He saw Hyeri was walking slowly with her shaking shoulders. He shocked seeing his condition and immediately run towards her. The guy hold the girl shoulder a peeked her through face. Hyeri lifted her face making Sunwoong shooked seeing tears streaming down her quite chubby cheek. He shook her shoulder a little asking why she is crying. But, the girl tears streaming down her more and more. Sunwoong really want to hug the girl but he afraid if the girl suspect something with his flat chest. So he hugged the girl shoulders and motioned towards her rooftop house stairs. He ushered her towards her house. He let the girl calmed down and asked her to change her clothes, possibly taking a bath as well because she was totally a mess. Haneul had texted him and asked about Hyeri. He also asked Sunwoong to take care of the girl, make her calm and he will come the next day. The girl came out from her bedroom at the same time Sunwoong finished his cooking. It just ramen. He put it on the table and pushed it towards the girl. Slowly, she took the chopstick and ate it silently. Sunwoong just watched her with his back leaned on the wall and his hands folded in front his chest. After finishing it, Hyeri drank the water because the ramen was a bit spicy and hot too. She slowly retreated towards Sunwoong and leaned her back on the wall beside the guy. ~Spill ~ Hyeri smiled and looked down. Both of them had their leg streched out. " My father...... He is really a successful man. Me and my brother live in an easy life. What we want, we get it " Hyeri paused. Sunwoong a little bit jealous when he hear that. How lucky Hyeri and his brother. " But, to be truth, we never happy. Both of us always played together because we only have each other. Dad always busy with his works and outstation. Mom, only had time with her society club. They never care about us " She paused again. " Fortunately, we have ahjussi just now with his family to take care of us. Asked how we doing at school, looked at our report card whenever we got our result, praised us and the most important, they do care about us. Shouldn't my parent do that? I always asked that to myself " " I got myself a part time job because I was lonely beibg alone a house. School already over, oppa already went to US. I have no one. But one day, when I went back from work, I saw mom and dad was waiting for me. I thought they want to celebrate my birthday since that day was my birthday. You know what dad say to me? He said I will be marry in three month " She paused as her tears flowed down again. Sunwoong can sensed it so he handed her a tissue that he took on the table. He also shocked at that statement. " I don't want to marry that guy. Bur appa threatened to cut all my expenses. Why he had to be so cruel? " Hyeri tears became more visible and clear. Sunwoong hand slowly makes it way to the girl back and pulled her towards him so that she can rest her head on her shoulder. " Oppa said that he will try to persuade my dad but I'll not follow what he want no matter what " suddenly, Hyeri lifted her head and turned towards Sunwoong. " Irene-ah, please help me to get a job. I don't how to find it. If possible, please help me asked at your workplace if there any part time that I can do " Hyeri almost like pleading. Sunwoong a little bit shock at that statement. How can he and Hyeri work together. When he went for his part time job, he was Sunwoong, not Irene. So he just nodded. He will think about it later. " Thank you. Love you, Irene. My best friend ever " she hugged the guy side and put her head on his shoulder. Sunwoong heart race at fast speed that time. " Irene-ah, you and your must be close " Hyeri broke the hug turned to the front. He smirked. ' Close? As if ' but suddenly, he kind of missed his father. He wonder what he was doing right now. His mother already died after giving birth to him. That why he didn't have sibling. He was spacing when suddenly he felt something in his lap. He looked down and found Hyeri's head on his lap with her eyes closed. " Irene-ah, let me clear my mind for a while. I really need to calm down " Sunwoong want to protest but cancelled it when she said it. Hesistantly, he lifted his hand and ruffled the girl hair, try to soothe her. They stayed in that position until both of them fall asleep.
