Seven employees stranded in an unknown, deserted island.
No food, no water, no connection. Nothing but a few extra clothes almost tattered into shreds.
The weather? Hot enough to kill. Shelter? Sand and leaves will do.
Teamwork has gone extinct. The entire team couldn't be any more incompatible.

21 year-old Song Minhee was devastasted to hear that there would be a switcharoo with the company's work teams.
She had liked her current team just fine. They didn't know her name, and she didn't know theirs. It had been absolutely perfect.
But when she walks into her newly assigned office the morning of March 10, Minhee knows work would no longer be anywhere near the same perfect.

Sitting right across from her desk is him. Song Minhee's ex.

Just when she thinks no one else could make the new team any worse, five other unmatching people step into the same team: An overconfident boss, an annoyingly loud brunette, a narcissist, some randomly lazy guy, and a happy-go-lucky who looks at everything a bit too positively.

It was the worst team to get into a fight with.
It was also the worst team to get stranded in an island with.

On a company trip forced upon the team by their boss, Minhee and the rest of the group get lost in a deserted island after watching their ship sink into the sea. With only the small bags they managed to bring out with them, the employees have not an ounce of the food of water they need.
With no escape, no connection, and no way to get any sort of help, the SMT Group work team find ways to survive in the empty, mysterious island... building relationships on the way.
And perhaps rebuilding them.
