Bonds

Collision {Collide's Sequel}

A bond is born from a heart that loves. He had always been told that, and for a moment, he couldn’t no longer remember when he started to feel those kind of bonds, or why those people cared so much for him. He always tried to be strong, always tried to be the one who save them all. Now it was all different, now they saved him. As Jiyong looked at his new friend, he couldn’t help but feel a warmth inside he had long forgotten. For many years, he had been forced to not care, forced to be strong and continue living. For long years, he had forgotten to be human, and now, he was slowly remembering how to love, how to care and how to forgive.

“You can always count on that.” James said and Jiyong smiled again, nodding. The happiness inside of him was enough to make him forget all pains, all sorrows, and all kind of poisons threatening to kill him, slowly and agonizingly.

“Let’s leave all this fussiness aside, where’s my sister?” Jiyong said, fixing his jacket. James nodded and pointed down.

“She’s down there, you want to meet with her?” James said and Jiyong nodded. James started to walk down, Jiyong following him. As he started to go down the stairs, the inner pain that was so familiar came, and Jiyong held onto the handrail as he walked down, afraid to lose any balance.

As they reached the main floor, James showed Jiyong a hallway. The place looked dark, and at the end of it, there were another set of stairs. James walked into the dark hallway, black doors decorated the plain gray walls. Jiyong shivered as he felt the coldness of the place. It was that kind of place you see in movies, where at the end of the road you’ll find a creepy monster dragging itself on the floor.

“This place gives me the creeps.” Jiyong murmured. James laughed and nodded.

“Yeah, me too. I wonder what kind of person that Key is. This place is astonishing creepy.” James said. Jiyong laughed and nodded. As they reached the stairs, James the lights. The walls were white and in the end of the stairs, there was a simple door secured with bars. “It’s down there.”

“What is that?” Jiyong said as they walked down the stairs.

“It’s kind of a basement. The place is huge, it’s like a small house actually.” James said. When they reached the end of the stairs, James took out a pair of keys on the wall and unlocked the bars. He opened them and unlocked the door. “Have fun. She’s creepy.” Jiyong nodded and opened the door, then stopped and looked at James.

“Aren’t you coming?” Jiyong said and James shook his head.

“Afraid of her? Nah, she’s not too fond of me. I’ll be in the security room checking you. Whatever you need, just make a signal with your hands.” James said and Jiyong nodded. When Jiyong entered, James closed the bars and locked them. “Protocol.” He said and went back upstairs. Jiyong nodded and walked into the room. It was indeed huge. The place was decorated in beige and chocolate brown. The walls were a nice color of sand and the rugs were a shade of dark beige. In the center of the basement-room was a king sized bed hidden behind a set of beige and brown chocolate curtains. The place gave a morocco feeling with the bed sheets being in all different colors, pink, blue, green, purple and red. There was a brown chocolate sofa on one side of the basement with a LED TV on the wall.

Jiyong walked into the basement, looking around as he did. On the far corner of the place, in a dark mahogany desk sat his sister, Dami. She was looking at him, her face a devilish grin. Her slim body jumped from the desk and started walking towards his direction.

“Hello, brother.” She said in a cocky voice as she her front teeth. Jiyong gulped as he looked at her. He knew she was his sister, but he couldn’t help but check her out. She had fair features, like his but more feminine, her body was slim but toned, her legs gorgeous, showing with those short jeans. She wore a lose white shirt that was almost transparent, showing her black bra. Her hair was short and lose, a black curtain over her dark eyes. Jiyong took an unconscious step back as she approached him, smirking at him with the same wicked and devious smirk he always had. He took a deep breath and straightened up, looking at her with a raise eyebrow. She’s just a female version of you.

“Hello my dear sister.” He said in the same cockiness she showed him. He could tell they were the same, and her eyes told him as much. She smirked, putting her hands on her waist and moving her hips slightly as she stood in front of him.

“What’s the occasion?” She said and Jiyong smiled. He walked towards the sofa and sat there, legs crossed, as he looked at her.

“Just a little family reunion, that’s all.” He said as he shrugged casually. Dami smiled and moved sensually towards a chair next to Jiyong.

“Interesting, we’re missing a few members of our little family.” She said and Jiyong nodded.

“Oh yes, our little brother. I heard he was the one who brought you here. We can finally create our own little home, sister.” Jiyong said, sarcasm spilling out of him. Dami laughed out loud, then got all serious and stared at him, her eyes turning dark, her hair falling dramatically on her face.

“I wonder what our mother would say of you keeping me hostage down here.” She said. Jiyong smirked and looked at her with the same intensity.

“I do wonder what our father would have said of you siding with that monster.” He said. Dami smirked and nodded, resting her back on the chair.

“Who is the real monster, Kwon Jiyong? Kim Woochoong or Kwon Younghwan? I do wonder myself, what our father would have done if he actually cared.” She said. Jiyong felt speechless for a moment, and tried to disguise it as he rested his back on the sofa.

“Our father was murdered Dami, Kim Woochoong killed him.” Jiyong said and Dami laughed.

“Is that so? Are you completely sure about that?” She said. Jiyong nodded and straightened up, glaring at her.

“I can’t believe you are doubting our father, my father. You’re a dishonor to our family!”

“What family Kwon Jiyong?! I have never, not once, heard of any of the Kwon Dynasty to try and search for me. Not even our filthy mother, how do you want me to show respect to a name that has never done me any good?”  She said, and Jiyong could almost see the pain on her eyes. He swallowed the saliva on his mouth and looked at her, his eyes narrow and intense.

“I searched for you sister. Not once have I not thought about your whereabouts, but they would always say you were dead. Hyunsuk always tried to –”

“Ah, your father Hyunsuk, such a shame you had to kill him. He was such a noble man, dear old Hyunsuk.” She said and Jiyong felt a click on his mind, a sudden urge to slap her got the best of him and he tried to make an absolute effort to keep his hands off her face. He intertwined his fingers and took a deep breath.

“I didn’t killed him.” He said. She smiled with a raised eyebrow and bit her lip.

“That’s not what’s been told in the underground. My gorgeous little brother, killing the man who raised him. I even felt like admiring you, having the guts to do something like that, being as dependent as you were.”

“Well, never believe in rumors, that’s all they are.” He said.

“Not all of them, aren’t they?” She said. Jiyong slightly crooked his head, then composed quickly, he couldn’t let himself fall on her mind tricks.

“I fail to see where you are going.”

“Lee Chaerin, your new beloved little killer. Isn’t she lovely?” She said, her voice as thin as a knife’s edge. Jiyong balled his hands into fist, then relaxed them and crossed his legs, grabbing the fabric of the sofa between his fingers. He felt the fabric almost cutting into his skin, but he ignored the pain.

“She is.” Jiyong said, his voice almost shaking in anger.

“It would be a shame if she’s to be taken away from you.” Dami said, and that alone threw Jiyong over the edge. In less than a second, he jumped over Dami to punch her, but she was faster, she had jumped back, her hands supporting her as she jumped behind the chair. Jiyong broke the chair as his body weight fell on it, and he fell between the pieces on the floor. Dami grabbed his jacket and tried to move him, but he grabbed her wrist and turned her around as he stood up. She lost balance and fell on her knees, and Jiyong quickly grabbed her neck with his left hand as the right hand still grabbed her wrist.

“Hear me, dear sister, if you or Woochoong try to get any closer to her, I’ll kill you with my bare hands, I swear to you I will.” Jiyong hissed on her hear. Dami laughed out loud and Jiyong threw her back on the floor. She supported herself with her hands as she continued laughing.

“Oh but my dear brother, she’s already of Woochoong’s property. One flick of his fingers and she’s done for.” Dami said. Jiyong bit his inner cheeks as he looked at her.

“Bull!” Jiyong screamed. Dami laughed out loud as she stood up, looking at him with the same smirk he knew he always had.

“No, my brother. Woochoong knows everything. I wouldn’t be surprise if he was already knocking on your door.” She said. Jiyong glared at her, an anger rushing through him, one too familiar to him. He lifted his arm and made a quick movement of his hand and walked towards the door. Dami continued laughing as Jiyong opened the door, James was already unlocking the gate as he did. Jiyong stepped out and closed the door and quickly went upstairs, James stayed back locking the doors.

Jiyong ran upstairs, not after, James was calling him from behind. Jiyong ignored him and ran towards Chaerin’s room. With a slam he opened the door, and her surprised face received him. He went over her, ignoring the fact that Jonghyun was there asking him what happened, and grabbed her arm.

“Ouch Jiyong, what’s wrong?” Chaerin said as Jiyong turned her arm around. She shrieked as he found an injury on the soft flesh inside her left arm, his hand grabbing so hard her wrist that her skin almost tore apart. James stopped on the door, panting, and entered the room.

“This is what’s wrong.” Jiyong said and looked at Jonghyun, who was looking at him with furrowed eyebrows. “Look.” Jiyong said, pointing at the thin red line on her arm. It was so small and so thin it was almost impossible to see.

“What’s this?” Chaerin said as she examined her arm. James walked next to her and grabbed her arm, looking at the little wound.

“.” James said and looked at Jonghyun. Jonghyun had his eyes wide and then looked at the window, grabbing his gun.

“How much longer?” Jiyong said. Chaerin looked at them, then at her arm.

“Guys, what’s this?” She said and James grabbed a small scalpel on a metallic table. He put it close to her skin, but she backed away, grabbing his wrist with her right hand.

“That thing is probably a tracker under your skin. Woochoong’s men probably injected it there.” Jonghyun said. Jiyong looked at him, his eyebrows furrowed. Jonghyun had never called Woochoong by his name, not that Jiyong could remember.

“Take it out!” Chaerin shrieked, extending her arm. James rolled his eyes and quickly cut the skin under her arm. She flinched and looked to the side. Jiyong put his hand on her forehead, unable to take his eyes off the little incision James had made. Jiyong almost shrieked along with Chaerin the moment James inserted his fingers on her skin, searching for something. Chaerin screamed in pain and Jiyong caressed her face now with both hands, talking to her softly on her ears.

“It’s ok babe, everything will be fine.” He murmured over and over again, but she just nodded, whimpering and flinching as James seek for the tracker on her arm.

“It’s not here.” James said. Jonghyun grabbed her arm and started to touch her skin, slowly moving upwards. He continued until he reached her shoulder, then down to her chest. Jiyong noticed how he grabbed a little piece under her flesh just above her and widened his eyes.

“It moved, hand me the scalpel.” He said and James did as told. Jonghyun made another incision on her chest. He quickly inserted his fingers on her skin and Chaerin screamed again, burying her face on Jiyong’s chest. Jiyong saw how Jonghyun grabbed a small piece of plastic and pulled it out, handing it to James.

“It is a tracker, this thing is High technology.” James said as he scanned the little chip on his hand.

“We have to move.” Jiyong said and Jonghyun nodded.

“But she’s still recovering.” James said and Jiyong looked at him with wide, desperate eyes.

“She won’t recover much when Woochoong arrives here, won’t she?” He said and James nodded.

“Alright, I’ll hand this to Bom, you guys start preparing her.” James said. Both Jonghyun and Jiyong nodded, then James left. Jonghyun grabbed a gauze and put it on Chaerin’s wounds, putting pressure so the bleeding would stop.

“Good, we leave tonight.”

Chapter 47: God, this (and collide) was surely the best fanfictoin I've ever read... I kind of was like 'why is she posting this on a website like this when she could get lots of money for it if she would actually make these into real books' ... I would love to spend my money on this story!
Even if I hated you like 100 times during reading the story (because of things like JiYong nearly dying and Chaerin making out with Jamie and blah blah blah..) I really love you~ !! You should never stop writing! And there's still something I want to ask you, HOW THE HELL CAN YOU JUST COME UP WITH SUCH AN AWESOME, EPIC AND LEVELY STORY LIKE THAT?! You really make me jealous of your writing skills and even more of your phantasy <3

Chapter 43: so goooooooooooooooood I knew she was pregnant …I knew it …
it was so beautifully written, the way he fought for life or for death we were not sure which path he would choose until the last seconds…I'm so glad she was close to him telling him she won't give up on him, it was so beautiful that deep in that nightmare, in that darkness she managed to shine brightly and show him the right way, gave him the courage to believe in happiness and it did worth it !!!
Having a family together … wouaouh … You would've told me that a few chapters ago I wouldn't believe in …
It was weird to see them bickering over ice creams and organizing a dinner for friends, it was so normal ….hahahaha … but then their friendship is stronger than ever after all what they been through and it was beautiful to see them all tensed and grave at the hospital when she was about to deliver !!! "it's easier to kill people than delivering them" I LAUGHED SO HARD
I loved it… it was such a pleasure to read you…I'm going to miss them but I feel like I'd see them again in a different world under different identities …
dying to see the rest of the epilogue !
