Taking Care Of The One You Love

In the morning Daniella woke up to Luhan touching the side of her arm and pecking every inch of her face. Daniella couldn't help but smile as she hid her face in Luhan's chest. “It looks like you slept very peacefully” Luhan joked. Daniella lightly hit Luhan’s chest, she noticed the robe was slightly wet. ‘Oh no I drooled on Luhan . . . so embarrassing’ Daniella wiped removing the drool. “You drooling in your sleep may be one of cutest things I've seen from you” Luhan laughed and tickled Daniella's sides.

Daniella covered her face with the blanket, she was too embarrassed to show her face to Luhan. “No~ ” Daniella whined “Leave me alone.” Luhan didn’t stop tickling Daniella until she removed the cover from her face. When she did Luhan took the chance and pecked Daniella on the lips.

“Now what do say about some breakfast, Do you want some bacon and eggs?” Luhan said making Daniella sit up with the mention of food.

“Yes” Daniella pouted. Daniella straddled Luhan's hips and played with the ties of his robe. “Or can we have breakfast here in bed?” Daniella smiled as she untied Luhan’s robe, exposing his chest. Daniella loved to see Luhan's perfect chest, she had to admit it was getting hard for her not to look when she was Daniel. ‘Since I’m Daniella I can see and touch it all I want’ The tips of Daniella's fingers traced down Luhan's chest.

Luhan couldn't help but feel , his fingers trace the side of Daniella's hips and then gripped on tight. “Oh really, in bed eh?” Luhan smirked. Daniella then took the phone on the night stand and called room service. ‘I thought we were having a different breakfast in bed’ Luhan frowned.

“Yes, can I have plate of pork, turkey, chicken and bacon? Also plate of eggs, scrambled and sunny side up...oh and maybe a couple slices of toast. Do you guys have sausages? You do! Great some of those as well and lastly hash browns” Daniella turned to Luhan “Babe, do you want anything?” Luhan shook his head. “Orange juice and coffee to drink, Yes the president suit. Okay” Daniella hung up and place the phone back onto the night stand.

‘Is the food all for Daniella?’ Luhan thought, Daniella rested on top of Luhan. “How long do we have until they come with your food?” Luhan had an idea up his sleeve.

“About half an hour I suppose” Daniella looked up, she trace the side of Luhan neck before she on it, leaving a hickey on his neck. ‘There, now you have my mark on you’ Daniella smiled and touched the hickey that she had made on Luhan's neck.

Luhan flipped Daniella onto the bed with him hovering over her. “Great, then I can have my breakfast” Luhan kissed Daniella but he had trouble holding himself up with just one arm. Luhan pulled back from the kiss and fell to side, he breathed heavily.

“Rest Luhan, you probably didn’t sleep comfortably because of me and we didn’t eat anything last night” Daniella sat up and headed to the bathroom. “There is no aspirin, I'll go get some from the pharmacy.” Daniella started to put her shoes on.

“No, Daniella just stay with me. They will be here soon with breakfast” Luhan begged. Daniella couldn’t really say no, so she rested in bed next to Luhan. Not too long after, there was a knock on the door, Daniella got up and opened the door. Waiters came in with the many plates of food, and placed then on the large dining table. Daniella leaned into one of the waiter's ear and whispered something to him.

The waiters bowed and left. “Come one let’s eat” Daniella sat at one of the seats at the dining table. Luhan got up and a shot of pain ran through his arm. He sat down and smiled hiding the pain from Daniella.

“What did you say to that waiter?” Luhan asked.

Daniella looked up and Luhan. “Do I hear a hint of jealousy?” Daniella got Luhan's plate and started to fill it with a variety of food. “It doesn’t matter okay, now eat” Daniella placed the plate of food in front of Luhan. Daniella filled her plate with twice as much food, and she started to stuff her face with bacon.

“Is it delicious?” Luhan laughed and wiped the grease from the corner of Daniella's lips.

“Very” Daniella's face flushed red. “However, I totally forgot to mention to bring ketchup” Daniella pouted.

“Next time we have breakfast I will make sure you get your ketchup” Just then there was a knock on the door again. Daniella got up from her seat to open the door. The waiter handed her the clothes that she asked for. “Are those clothes?” Luhan asked.

“Well we can’t wear the same thing can we?” Daniella placed the clothes onto the bed and joined Luhan at the dining table again.

After the two ate breakfast, Daniella went to bathroom to get dressed, while Luhan got dressed in the bedroom. They walked hand in hand out of the room. They entered the elevator where Luhan kissed Daniella's cheek making her blush. Once they were at the lobby, Daniella thanked the receptionist and told them to send the bill home. Luhan and her were about to walk out of the hotel when they bumped into someone. Luhan looked up and swallowed hard when he noticed who it was.

“M-mother” Luhan stuttered.

“Luhan what are you doing here, shouldn’t you be on campus?” Mrs. Xi looked to see Luhan holding handd with an unfamiliar girl. “Who is she Luhan?” Luhan pulled his hand away from Daniella. “May I remind you that you have a marriage contract with Bae Suzy and you should not be fooling around with tramps like her. God Luhan look at what she is wearing” Mrs. Xi pointed out.

“Luhan, your mom can drive you back home” Daniella smiled and walked out of the hotel.

“I told you that contract means nothing to me, I never signed it. This contract was all your idea and I refuse to take part in it. My future has nothing to do with Suzy, so don’t go making decisions that neither of us want!” Luhan couldn’t look his mother in the eye.

“Honestly Luhan, Suzy will be the perfect wife for you. Do you honestly think a tramp like her can survive our world?” Mrs. Xi said making Luhan laugh bitterly.

“You never even asked her name and you are just judging her based on how she looks. Daniella is just like us for your information” Luhan rolled his eyes.

“If you refuse I will disown you, you will get nothing from me and for all I care you can live off the streets!” Mrs. Xi was starting to cause a scene.

“Fine!” Luhan turned around to chase after Daniella, but he herd the motorcycle from the distance. “She's gone” Luhan sighed. He then walked all the way to Daniella's house in the cold, he knocked on the door hoping Daniella would answer. Instead it was one of her friends, he found out that Daniella wasn't home. Luhan left and travelled back to the dorm.  While walking, Luhan kept calling Daniella hoping he could explain everything.

When Luhan reached the dorm, he was sweating and exhausted. He looked up and found Daniel on his bed lying around. Daniella heard Luhan, she didn’t want to turn around and face him but she did anyway. “What happened to you?” Daniella asked.

“I walked to your house to speak to your sister, but she wasn’t home. Then I walked... no ran back here. I’ve been trying to call your sister, I think she misunderstood everything. Yes, my parents have a marriage contract for me but I never signed it and I’m not planning too. My parents are forcing me into this, but I'd rather give up everything just to be with your sister” Luhan didn’t know what to do. He thought he may lose his mind, if Daniella broke up with him.

“I've heard enough!” Daniel shouted. “Look Daniella is busy, but she would definitely understand you. Our mother was forced into a marriage contract as well” Daniel said calming down Luhan. “And for god’s sake Luhan you told her that you loved her and fought her ex-boyfriend. Do you really think Daniella is going to break up with you over a silly marriage contract?” Daniella turned to the side and blushed. “Just get some rest Luhan, you look horrible” Daniella left to go to her classes.

Luhan kept trying to call Daniella but she wouldn’t answer. He fell asleep only thinking about Daniella and the marriage contract. ‘If only the marriage contract was with you.’ Luhan thought as he drifted off to sleep. When Daniella came back to the dorm she saw Luhan fast asleep, she studied at her desk and tried not to make a sound.

It was late at night when Daniella woke up to use the bathroom. When she went down the stairs, she couldn’t help but look over at Luhan’s bed. ‘Why Luhan, why lie to me? Couldn’t you of told me about the contract when we became official? I would have understood, our worlds are not so different.’ Daniella walked over to Luhan;s bed and saw his adorable sleeping face. Her eyes widened when she saw Luhan’s condition. Daniella got onto her knees and placed her hand over Luhan's forehead. “God, you're burning up” Daniella removes the cover off the bed.

The bed sheets were soaking wet from Luhan's sweat. Daniella took action and removed the bed sheet right away. “D-Daniella” Luhan stuttered in his sleep. Daniella bit her lip. ‘Even in your sleep you still think about me.’ Daniella didn’t know if she should be mad at Luhan.

Daniella helped Luhan sit up and then got him onto his feet. Luhan's arm hung over Daniella's shoulder as she got him to walk to her bed. ‘Now you'll be sleeping in clean sheets’ Daniella thought. She went back down stairs to the bathroom and got the aspirin and filled up a glass of water. “Luhan you have to drink this” Daniella got Luhan to sit up and drink the glass of water and take the asprin. Daniella looked at Luhan’s arm and noticed the colour of the bandages, she sniffed and cringed. ‘Probably from all the sweat it may have got infected’ Daniella unwraped the bandages “It looks infected” Daniella went back to the bathroom and got the supplies to clean the wound.

Daniella spent the whole night putting a cold wash cloth over Luhan's forehead. “Is this all my fault?” Daniella asked herself. “Because I ignored your calls and texts, were you that worried about me?” Daniella asked again but go no response from Luhan. She couldn’t help but hold Luhan tight and cry. “Please get better, Luhan” Daniella could only watch from the side of her eyes.

Daniella held onto Luhan's hand and watched Luhan toss around in bed. Luhan could barely open his eyes. “Daniella, I love you” Luhan said, he removed his hand from Daniella's grip and touched ber cheek. “I didn’t want you to find out because my future is only with you” Luhan said. Daniella’s heart raced ‘Even at your worst you only think of me’ Luhan leaned in and held the back of Daniella neck as he kissed her.

Daniella pulled away as quickly as possible. ‘I’m Daniel right now not Daniella, this can't happen’ Daniella stood up and looked away from Luhan. “Get some rest, we have training this week and you need to be better” Daniella commanded.

“Not until I know that you forgive me Daniella” Luhan whispered, his eyes felt heavy as he could not open them.

“She forgave you Luhan, please sleep” Daniella begged, she could hear mumbling from Luhan but couldn't make out what he was saying. Daniella got dressed since it was morning and the sun was coming up. She went to the nurse's office and got bandages and antibiotics for Luhan. When she got back Luhan was still fast asleep. ‘He's still burning up’ Daniella was still worried. She gave Luhan the antibiotics. ‘I should probably dress Luhan in clean clothes’ Daniella froze.

Daniella's hand shook as she started to Luhan's shirt. ‘Enough, you have seen him so many times’ Daniella took hold of Luhan's shirt and ripped it open. ‘Maybe I should be a little more gentle.’ Daniella got fresh pajamas and dressed Luhan in them. “God that was so difficult” Daniella felt exhausted from all that had happened over night. Daniella sat down as she fell asleep on the bed next to Luhan.
