They had 'hated' each other in high school - and yet here they were, meeting again, years later.
And as much as Tao wants to forget, Kris won't let him.

Foreword
They were both so different from what everyone else had thought.
Tao, who saw in Kris everything he didn't have - who bullied him relentlessly to hide the fact that he was hurting.
Kris, who was actually as painfully shy as he was kind, not at all the snobby rich kid who everyone thought he would be.
But now that they've gone and grown up - they meet again when Tao finds himself washing the windows of Kris' corporate office.
"Aloha," Kris mouths to Tao, staring at him through the window with his hands tucked into his suit pockets. "...Don't I know you?"
. Is the only word Tao's panicked mind can provide him.
And so begins Tao's journey as Kris' slave.
Note: Based on Tao's lifestyle and background, he'll make heavy usage of HCE - Hawaiian Creole English. (Predominantly in Ch. 1, but may have some use in other chapters).
Kris, who is more influenced by life outside of Hawaii, uses standard English.
It's very real, very cute language, and I've asked for help with the translations between standard English and HCE. Translations are provided by migki generally after chapters are written, so expect to see chapters looking different after a few days as dialogue is swapped out.
