A crowded restaurant/bar - with a giant red Japanese maple growing behind the bar

“Hey! What’s up Girl!” said the bartender to a y girl

“Hey!” replied the y girl, the girl was Bom, y and fabulous, she works at the bar and going to a certain door

“Knock knock” said Bom while looking at her boss who’s no other than Kris

“Hey.” said Kris from his desk

“So. Here we are. Same shift again.” said Bom while holding the door knob

“I know. I make the schedule.” replied Kris, clearly not interested

Bom was on flirting mode “I figured it was no coincidence.” She leans against the desk. Kris keeps working. “I had fun the other night.”

Kris looked at her and still doing his works  “Yeah. It's amazing where 10 shots of Patron will get you.”

Bom laughs “Anyway - I was thinking, maybe tonight after work...we could, you know...”

Now, Kris stops what he's doing, looks up at her. “Look, Bom - what happened between us the other night was - fun. But we're way understaffed tonight - I even have to man the bar - and that's why I scheduled you. To work. So...” He goes back to work.

Bom stands there, frozen. Kris can feel her eyes on him. “Are we good here?”

Bom’s face goes flush. She tries to hide it. She backs up, puts on a smile. “Nope! We're good.” and she leaves. Kris exhales, goes back to work.

Still at the Bar

In the back doorway leading to the alley, Kris stands chatting with Baro a busboy, who smokes a cigarette he holds just outside the doorway.

Bom approaches, trying to squeeze through, and accidentally (on purpose) her shoulder blocks Kris He has to take a step to catch his balance. He turns around to see what happened, but Bom keeps walking eyes front. He and Baro share a look.

“Dude.” said Baro

“I know.” replied Kris. When Baro laughs as Kris shakes his head, not happy.

At the same time Dara enters slowly, looking around, searching for Sehun. She tries to move toward the bar as she's met by Bom, who grabs a few menus and slaps on a smile.

“Are you joining us for dinner or –“ but cut off when Dara’s saying “I'm meeting someone. A guy.”

“Ugh. Why?” whisper Bom

“Hmmmm?” ask Dara

“Nothing. Sorry. For dinner?” ask Bom again

Dara continues to scan the place, not paying attention. “I'm meeting someone.”

“I believe you mentioned that.” sighed Bom
