Prologue

In a world filled with many mysteries, an evil Alliance stands out to destroy the peaceful lands and claim the 13th Crystal. To escape the destruction, The Band Of Heroes traveled to a shocking dimension only to discover a dark secret, the world they knew was no more! Since the beginning of time, an ancient myth has already threatened the world once. now, it will threatened the heroes again. Who will die and who will make it out?

Episode One

Chapter One:The Embarkment

A small breeze washed pass the wheat fields as the autumn sun popped into the clear blue sky, illuminating a medium sized shed house resting near the fields. It was half past five and only half of the Band of Heroes have awakened after their five day long deep slumber after Jun Jia tried to get a crate of weapons for Jun Bo. The last member to wake up was Jack Lyonin. Apparently, he was the one who helped us lug that weapon crate for three whole days without resting!

' Why do we have to wake up at this hour? Its unreasonable!! 'Jack moaned as he stumbled towards the kitchen to prepare his daily cooking routine. In the meantime, Xing Jun also predicted that it would be a good weekend and nothing could possibly happen to the Band of Heroes. 

By the time Jack was done, the sun had already creeped its way high up into the sky and the heat was crazy! After some refreshing breakfasts, Jun Bo, Clarence and I decided to take a walk through the wheat field.

' Make sure you don't step on the wheats!! 'Joel hollered out of the backdoor.' Or you'll have a taste of my Taser! '

The word 'Taser' sent chills down Clarence's back as we strolled through the wheat field. It was a perfect day so the Band of Heroes have decided to visit the nearby[not literally]abandoned village to scavenge for some building materials to complete their second shed house.

'Alright, let us take our leave for Severial, the abandoned village!' Joel shouted as he gurgled down his cup of tea.' If anyone comes across Jun Bo, Clarence and Akaha Tsubashi, please inform them to meet me at the entrance of the wheat field!'

After Joel's planning, The Band of Heroes left the shed house leaving Boon Hao and Jack to receive further instructions. The time was 2:35pm and Clarence finally made it back to the entrance with his two friends after losing their way when the pathway ended as they approached the near center of wheat field when Jun Bo spotted something peculiar.

'Why are you guys so late?!?' Jack hollered across our withering flower bed. We totally forgotten about that though.

'Well, Jun Bo spotted something in the wheat field and we managed to retrieve a box containing tiny pieces of notes explaining about the abandoned village's past!' I answered truthfully.

After explaining it a little more, we went to meet up with Joel only to find out that he has left a note on the ground telling us to meet him and the rest of the Band of Heroes at the abandoned village.

'I think we better get going now before Joel personally drags us to the village!' Jun Bo mumbled as Boon Hao lugged the crate of weapons along. Joel Wood trudged around the scathed land impatiently as we slowly approached him. Suddenly out of the blue, he threw a huge rock directly at Jun Bo's face.

'Scrakk!!!' The rock missed Jun Bo by an inch and ricocheted off the ground.

'Why the hell are you all walking so leisurely!? Get your butts over here and look for supplies!' Joel screamed after he miserably failed to hit Jun Bo with the rock.

I sighed heavily as we were instructed by Joel to look for supplies for our second shed house. While following Boon Hao, I spotted someone faraway, that person was staring back at me with illuminated blue eyes that produces a trail of blue energy.

'What in the world.....?' I muttered as the figure materialised a huge Artillery Laser weapon that made my heart stop for a mere second. 'Oh my God...Holy !!!!'

As soon as those words came out of my mouth, Xing Jun caught side of the laser weapon and launched himself at me.The laser weapon shot out a 30cm long blue energized beam directly towards me.

'Get out of there now!!' Clarence frantically shouted as I stood rooted to the ground.

I threw myself backwards, slamming into the weapon crate and breaking its lid in the process. I pulled out my 'once used' sword and sheath before pulling forth and dashing towards the unknown person with full adrenaline.

'No Akaha! Get back here.' Boon Hao hollered as he followed suite after he witnessed what happened.

With raw power pulsating in my limbs, I brought my sword down at point blank range but instead, received a more larger and powerful blade slamming into me. Addressing the severity of my injury, i retreated a little.

' This place will be destroyed if we continue to fight. Someone must activate a portal immediately!' Hafawati shouted as she tapped into a portion of the future with a snap of her fingers[Her power is limited, she can't see most of the future except for a tiny portion of it] Tan Hong Bin pulled out a havelsack from the crate and began to stuff weapons into it if we really do need to travel to another Dimension, not to mention somewhere dangerous!

'Akaha! Get everyone inside the portal now!! I'll try and hold the front line to buy you some time.' Clarence screamed as a stream of lasers strafted the ground around us.

Sensing a generally large amount of danger, I unleashed my secondary weapon---the exact same weapon as the mysterious person. I concentrated half of my energy and a 6 metre long sword appeared and wrapped itself around my left arm.

'Lets do this thing!' I swung the sword towards the person while deflecting the incoming lasers. The sound of both metal swords smashing into each other defiled the calm zephyr blowing over the abandoned village. My sword produced a long crack as it crackled and a blue energy glowed on the sword causing another shockwave to sweep across the area. The shockwave kind of disintegrated most of the houses in the village. Before i could continue my attack, a small tug on my sleeve made me realise that the Band of Heroes were leaving the area. I jumped into the portal and disappeared without a single trace.

From this mind blowing experience, I can tell that this was only the beginning of an Adventure that would push us to our limits.
