"It's nice for you to have joined us for lunch Dong Jun ah... it's been a while since we've seen you" Mr. Lee said as the family gathered for lunch

"ah ne... i've been busy with businesses in America and in Japan uncle.. i just came home since my father insisted on investing in one of the ne w KL Royals Hotel" Dong Jun smiled

"well that's good. we wanted family to invest in the businesses too" Mr. Kim said

"anyway how long are you staying here?" Sunggyu asked his cousin

Dong Jun looked at Sungjong and then at Myungsoo and smiled, well more like smirked on myungsoo "i don't know yet, if things turn our the way i want them to, i might just stay here in Korea for good"

"oh so you have other businesses  to deal with here?" Howon asked this time

"yeah.. and my father also has been bothering me about finding a wife soon, so i probably have to work on that too" Dong Jun smiled eyeing Sungjong who was helping his son eat

"why here in korea? i'm sure there are a lot of beautiful girls in America" Myungsoo commented

"well..you know i still like to find someone from home..maybe someone i have known for a long time  now" Dong Jun retorted

After Lunch, the elders left the mansion and went golfing.. the Kim and Lee Children stayed and of Course Dong Jun managed to invite himself to stay through Sungjong...

"yeolie.. daddy has a present for you" Myungsoo said as he approached his son who was playing in the garden, he had a gift bag that he previously went to get from his car

Sungyeol excitedly opened the bag and his eyes sparkled, he squeeled in happiness as he took out the cute panda plushie

"i love it..i love it! thank you daddy!" Sungyeol hugged his dad tightly

"he sure loves pandas" Dongwoo commented as he and Woohyun came out with Coffee and cupcakes

"he does?" Dong Jun asked a little confused as he remembered how Sungyeol popped the balloon he bought saying he hated pandas

"yeah..it's his favorite animal in the world, that's why he kept going back to them in the zoo" Sungjong replied smiling at his son

Dong Jun gritted his teeth at the new info but managed to not make it noticeable, "this kid is playing with me" he thought

As everyone was talking with eachother,  and sungjong excusing himself to go to the bathroom,

Sungyeol sat beside Dong Jun, seemingly planning something but the oldern one shrugged it off

while the adults were talking to each other

"Uncle Dong Jun" sungyeol innocently tugged on Dongjun's shirt

"what is it?" DOng jun asked in an almost animated tone

"can i have that cupcake?" Sungyeol pointed towards the plate of cupcakes Dongwoo had baked earlier

"which one do you want?"

"that one with caramel"

Dongjun looked at the plate and saw two kinds with caramel in it, one was the vanilla caramel cupcake and the other the peanut caramel cupcake

without asking which one and going by instincts that vanilla is probably too boring for a child he reached for the peanut caramel cupcake..

Sungyeol took the cupcake and looked at it

"that's not the one you wanted?" DOngjun asked

Sungyeol knew very well he could die from this cupcake because of his allergies but if his mommy finds out that Dong Jun tried to kill him the man will automatically be out in his life.. did he understand the risk? maybe.. but he was a child..so he was going to do everything just to keep his promise to his daddy

"it is" Sungyeol smiled rather too innocently and Dong Jun smiled thinking he did something right this time

"here goes nothing" Sungyeol thought and he took a big bite and not even a minute later the child began to cough and heave

Myungsoo cradled his son,

sungjong who was at that moment on his way back to where the others were quickly ran to myungsoo's side and

took an epi pen from his bag which was thankfully right beside myungsoo and gave his son a shot..

when sungyeol could breath again, everyone sighed...

Sungyeol began to cry loudly and hugged his daddy tightly..

myungsoo looked around and saw the half eaten peanut caramel cupcake..

"who gave him that!" myungsoo yelled angrilly

"i...he said he wanted the caramel cupcake...i'm sorry...." Dong Jun replied a little bit shake by the event

"there are two caramel cupcakes there! why wouldn't you ask which one!" myungsoo yelled again

"i..i asked him if it's the cupcake he wanted .. he said yes" Dong Jun defended

"you are my cousin...you know very well i have an allergy to peanuts did it ever occur to you that my son could be the same too?" myungsoo continued to yell

"Stop it mmyungsoo..i'm sure it's an honest mistake..he could never know that sungyeol might be allergic to peanuts like you" Sungjong tried to calm his ex though he understood why myungsoo was that upset, sungyeol is their only child...

"whatever! you stay away from my son!" myungsoo stood up with sungyeol in his arms and walked away

Dong Jun was looking at myungsoo's retreating back and when he looked at sungyeol, he was sure that when he and the child made eye contact, the child smirked at him as if taunting him...

"Don't do that ever again ok?" Myungsoo said as he and his son sat in Sungyeol's room in his parent's house

"huh?" the child asked innocently

"Sungyeol..i know you know what peanuts can do to us..you ate that cupcake willingly didn't you?" myungsoo asked with a knowing voice

Sungyeol bowed his head as he know he got caught "i'm sorry daddy...i just want mommy to get angry at him so he will leave mommy alone..."

"but baby..don't go as far as risking your life like that...do you know how sad mommy and daddy will feel if something happens to you?" myungsoo said

"i'm sorry daddy..." sungyeol began to tear up in guilt... myungsoo sighed and carried his son in his arms and stood up, he slowly carresed his son's back as he walked back and forth

"it's ok yeolie...it's ok....daddy is not upset anymore..."

soon the boy fell asleep as soon as he set the boy in the bed, Sunggyu came in..

"so are you going to tell me why sungyeol did that?" Suggyu asked "i heard everything"

myungsoo sighed, might as well confess the secret to his brother..

"so you mean sungyeol has been really mean to Dong Jun because you told him that Dong Jun likes Sungjong and that he wants to marry him?" Sunggyu clarrified

"yeah.. but i didn't think sungyeol would go as far as eating something with peanuts in it, he knew it's bad for him" myungsoo sighed, his gaze on his son was apologetic

"why did you even do that? are you jealous? scared that sungjong will fall for Dong Jun?"  the older asked

"i...i don't know..." myungsoo looked at his son

"be honest myung, do you still like sungjong?" sunggyu asked though he was sure his brother still did

"i don't know... i hate him being close to other guys and when Dong Jun came back and told me he was going for sungjong i felt angry.." myungsoo confessed

Sunggyu smiled at his brother "then stop making sungyeol do the work for you.. stop being prideful too and just do everything to have your wife back"

myungsoo thought about  it... maybe his brother was right...

tok...tok...tok...

Sungjong came in quietly to check on his son... Sunggyu excusd himself so the ex couple can talk..

"is he ok now?" sungjong asked gently

"yeah.. he just fell asleep...sorry for screaming a while ago..." myungsoo said as he gently his son's hair

"no..it's ok..i know you were only worried about sungyeol.." Sungjong smiled... myungsoo felt his heart skip a beat.. maybe he was still in love with him "it may have not worked out for us but you are a greaet dad for yeolie"

"i'm sorry..." myungsoo sudddenly uttered

the younger one looked at him confused..

"i'm sorry for not being a good husband before, i guess i got so into my work that i forgot that you were always waiting for me... honestly i thought since you had sungyeol, you didn't have time for me too so what would be the difference if i just focused on work, but i realize now that i was wrong..." myungsoo said

Sungjong was looking at myungsoo's face and all he saw was sincerety, something different from the myungsoo that he always fought with

"maybe i was to blame too... because i was too jealous, that everytime you were not with me and yeolie, you were with someone else, i never listened to your explanations...i'm sorry...." Sungjong said "but maybe we realized our mistakes a little too late...but we could still be good parents to sungyeol..."

"Sungjong..." myungsoo took all the courage he had and held the younger's hand "it's not too late...i...i still love you...."

Sungjong looked at his ex... he wasn't expecting that at all.. he felt tears were going to flow soon...

"that's why i was mean to min hyuk, that's why i told our son that Dong Jun likes you so he could be mean to him, that's why i say all those mean comments..because i ...i still want attention from you..." myungsoo's eyes were watery... he felt better being honest about what he felt.. "and..if ever you still feel something for me too..even if it's not the same as before..will you give me another chance? i don't want to only be sungyeol's daddy... but i want to be yours once again"

Sungjong's tears finally fell...

myungsoo thought he was being rejected...

Sungjong stood up and walked around the bed to myungsoo's side..

myungsoo stood up and faced him...

and before myungsoo knew it.. Sungjong went in for a hug... and he continued to cry....

myungsoo let his arms hold sungjong...

"i..still love you too...." the younger one whispered

when they let go of the hug.. they looked at eachother with smiles on their faces 

myungsoo wiped the tears from sungjong's face with his thumbs...

"don't cry again...you are too beautiful for tears..." he said

it's like everything around them disappeared... and it was just the two of them...

slowly their faces went closer...and then their lips touched...

the way they kissed each other was like those in the fairy tales... full of love and happiness....

*click*

"did you get that?" 

both sungjong and myungsoo looked at where the voice came from.. and surely their brothers and their wives were at the door taking pictured of their phones

"yah!" sungjong yelled though he quickly covered his mouth hoping sungyeol didn't wake up from that

"finally...all that drama is over" Howon said grinning 

"better send the good news to our parents" Sunggyu said as he clicked send in his phone making sure the elders get the picture of the most awaited reunion

"Congratulations you guys...i'm sure sungyeol will be very happy" Dongwoo smiled at the two

after a few more congratulations and some more teasing myungsoo managed to chase his brothers out so he can have some alone time with his love and his child

sungjong laid on one side of sungyeol's bed, myungsoo on the other side... they were facing each other, their son between them...

"all this time... we were probably so in denial about the fact that our feelings still exist that we tried so hard to always find a flaw in each other..." sungjong said

"that's true.. everytime i feel like softening or something, i just remind myself how much that hair dryer hurt" myungsoo chuckled

"sorry about that...but myung... did you really not have an affair with that girl?" sungjong asked cautiously

"no, i didn't..."

"the lipstick mark on your collar"

"that was her forcing herself on me..."

"what did you do?"

"i told her that my wife is a hundered times hotter that she is "

sungjong smiled at his hubby... maybe if he listened that time...

myungsoo looked at him his hand moving to where sungjong's hand was holding sungyeol..

"let's start over?"
