Even the most powerful people aren't the most secure. A revolution is growing by the second, and it's all Defense Minister Miryo can do to keep it under check. That is of course, until a mercenary frees one of the top assassins in South Korea, a woman who is known as CL. There is little time to think, and an army is released to keep CL away from interfering with any political affairs.
