Behind the Scars
Description
A girl who couldn't die and a boy who couldn't stay alive.
From the moment they met, there was something that strangely bound them together- they weren't sure what the source of it was, nor the reason. Though there was a specific reason why she couldn't die and why he had to. They just didn't know they were involved in something bigger than the small world they lived on.
Because when the sun rises, the moon falls at the other end.
And if you try to change the virtuous cycle, you must give back something of the same worth. Or more.
Many years ago, two worlds were supposed to unite. The Lunar planet and the Solar planet. To do so, both kings tried to arrange their son and daughter to marry, thus to unite both worlds. It wasn't until something happened, a terrible accident that created war instead of peace. The son and daughter never got to meet, being under frightful circumstances, and instead had to battle each other. But the war, being catastrophic, almost destroyed their planets entirely, to which the Lunar King decided to send his daughter on another planet where he thought she could be safe.
Earth.
He sent her with someone he could trust fully, someone that knew his daughter, Saera, very well. They were then sent to the small planet where magic and power weren't seen in the every day life. But after all the hardships his daughter went through, he decided to make her live a normal life where she could live as a human. And so, he erased all of their memories for them to make new ones. Though, living a new life doesn't always means it's going to be a better one.
But when Saera's father used his magic to change their fate, nature was then on, unbalanced. And when you change and go against the balance of nature, you must pay the consequences. Someone has to.
Foreword
"They said I had to kill myself after I save you from harm. Completely." The boy said with a firm but quiet voice.
She frowned, still trying to understand what she just heard, "What? But that doesn’t make any sense."
He shrugged, "They told me I had to."
"Who is the 'we' you're talking about?"
It was his turn to frown, looking seemingly as confused as her before he stuttered out, "I… I don’t know. There’s just something in my mind that tells me that I have to."
You approached him and raised your hand to lighty touch his temple and saw the quick flicker of gold in his eyes, "I don’t think you’re supposed to die. I think something or someone has programmed you to."
AUTHOR NOTE:
- I know I have another story in the works right now, but this story has been in my drafts and wattpad since last summer... So now I decided to post it up here for more people to see and for my wattpad readers to have easier access if anything happens on the other site.
- Behind The Scars is still in brainstorm, meaning I don't have every single chapter already plannet out (I have no idea who does this because if you know anyone who does- tell her/him their boss because I'm seriously an inconsistent idiot)
- I would label this story Rated M only for violence and cursing, but definitely not for . It would clash with the storyline because it wasn't one of the main points in the first place and it's sci-fi. I don't see the need of in sci-fi.. ? Okay alright, maybe there'll only be some little moments here and there but not scenes okay. Please calm your hormones- or go read Hear The Bliss haha

I have the first chapters ready, I'm just doing some few modifications to make them better.
