He looks out of the window.
Today is his first day at school.
I do not want to, he thinks.
Then he stands up and goes.

Midoki is back with an awesome Kaisoo oneshot – because Kaisoo is always awesome.
This time inspired by 'Buddenbrooks', a novel that we discussed in German advanced course.
And, well, what can I say...
Kai is really called Kai in the book. Because Kai is also a German name – it can also mean 'dock', btw. :D
And some people say that Hanno (here: Kyungsoo) and Kai's relationship is so extremely deep and extraordinary that it might reflect homoual tendencies – the novel kind of narrates the author and his family's life (more or less, yet with clear similarities), Hanno represents the author, the author was actually gay.
So, yeah.
You can't even sue me.
Basically, the whole plot is pretty similar to the book, so I adapted a lot of scenes and just freely translated them into English, only changing some parts etc., ergo: not really mine, neither characters nor basic plot.
I still put my everything into this one, so:
