On the night of October 31st, seven strangers attended the same Halloween party. At exactly 1PM they all wake up in an abandoned hospital after being drugged down, and lying on the floor between them, is a dead body. 

Trapped and without any form of protection from whoever is after them, they all do their best trying to survive...
